Try going into File Manager,
then select android,
then data,
then long press com.google.android.apps.maps
then delete,
then reinstall from market

If you don't have it installed, grab an older version of gapps the has maps and flash it, then update

[Q] Accidently flashed Gapps

I am running CleanROM 5.5.2 and I accidentally flashed LIQUIDSMOOTH 4.2.1's Gapps and now my Google Play Store is giving me an error saying "Error retrieving information from server. [RH-01]". So I was wondering if there was an apk download of the version of the Google Play store to download? and I already tried clearing out the cache and restarting my phone.
Just go back into cwm wipe both caches and reflash the ROM only

Okay wipe the data for the play store. If you don't know how you go to settings. App manager, find play, then select clear data

Okay, try to clear data again for it and also play services. Then boot into cwm wipe caches and fix permissions.

Well then use a root explorer and delete the Google play apk from system/app. Reboot, then pull the apk from the ROM you downloaded and put it into system/app, set the permissions to match the other apps and reboot again.
