OK guys I'm super new at this.... I have a galaxy s 2 skyrocket version from att and have T-Mobile service, I have cracked the sim so I can use edge service. I'd like to be able to use 3g and 4g. I know I'll have to root my phone.... that's where I need help. I tried rooting it once and it bricks d up. I ran a recovery and saved it. Can u guys guide me in the correct direction. . all i wanted to do was flash this sprint S3 to cricket. i have flashed phones before, never S3 tho...N E way... discovered that noen of the posted get MSL/SPC will work due to being on 4.12. only option is to flash down to 4.1 in order to get msl/spc and flash to cricket. this lead me to wind up here at this link abour rooting S3. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1739426&nocache=1
for the life of me i cant find out which of the roms i need since the video uses an att model. i do not klnow how to tell if my sprint phone is

just to be clear, all i really want is to get my MSL/SPC so i can flash to cricket. i have tried terminal, get my msl, connnectbot, cdma workshop, revskills, DFS apps all to no availe. ill try anything tho.

directions to a T. flashed 4.1... phone says 4.1...everything crashes now. to the point, i have no dialer, hit the phone button and no dailpad, just crashes. crashes are android.process.acore...

all working now. had to root and downgrade to JB4.1.1 then got spc. update OTA. flash to cricket. POW. Saw a lotta views but no replies... i did receive help elsewhere in the forum from a member who was kind enough to respond hastily. lemme know if you are stuck on this issue in the future, be glad to rundown my experience with this S3. GN folks.

What did it take for you to get mms working?
I have tried everything I can find and I have gotten it to work momentarily but then it will automatically revert back to the Sprint settings.
Even Go SMS Pro will reset to Sprint settings.
Ok guys, i've posted in the Verizon section to no avail and I really need help. I have a month to figure this out. I need my verzion lg g2 to work on tmobile network. I understand it is unlocked, but I suppose I need to install a tmobile rom in order to get wifi calling and unlimited tethering. Any idea guys or help would be appreciated. I have read that if I install a tmobile rom and then install the flex rom, which I can not find it will work. Appreciate the help.

Hey I'm kinda New to all this but I was was wondering if my lg g2 was flashed to cricket can I still root it or is flash actually a root...the reason Im asking this is I can't seem to Frey XBMC/KODI TO work on my phone anymore after I accident dine how done a firmware update the other day....I don't wanna accidentally brick my phone if I try though help!
