i found this tool finally worked for me with no problem LG MS323 OPTIMUS L70 rooted here is the link thanks to geohot.....cheers

I lost my backup of my stock rom for my LG Optimus V (VM670) and am hoping someone here may have one. The reason I need it is because the phone can't be reactivated by my sister. I had it working with Virgin Mobil but got a new phone when I thought I had bricked it.
Is there away to get it reactivated with out installing the stock ROM.?

I have been searching for a android kitkat update for my lg e988 (lg optimus g pro). I found links on this site but some links are dead and some might be risky due to lack of knowledge (dont want to break my phone).
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a proper link?
