Hello guys ,
This may be my last Thread on Galaxy Ace Plus forum.
Yesterday my dad gave me a nexus 5.I had really great times with you, I learned so much from you, thanks for helping me in any way, any difficulty. Special thanks to @TheWhisp @vickyg.coolest @LinQ'z(I still don't really know her name) and anyone that made impossible things POSSIBLE for this Low-End Phone.
To tell the reality I'm really satisfied with the new Nexus 5 . KitKat is really smooth and I haven't encountered any problem till now.
See you guys, I'll still visit this forum time to time to see where and what you have achieved

Yes i did
It turned out to be a setting which was later pushed to official CM repos. Now it works just fine

Everyone, i made cm7 alpha 7 based rom on our phone. It has all bugs fixed and working Samsung fimg. So should i upload it?

With all bugs fixed he means i think that he fixed all bugs who are fixed in alpha 9 but use the samsung fimg

It's alpha 7 based i think but there are all bugfixes from alpha 9 so you won't feel a big difference

It is totally understandable. Your personal life is much more important and you don't have to do something for us if you have problems in your personal life or simply you don't want it coz it isn't your work

Quick question, I have successfully built pacman and was wondering if I could release it in the wild just for those that want to get their hands on it? I haven't already because I didn't want to step on any toes, especially those of Devs I idolize so much.

Good going. Like to see new devs. Do you have permission from the original devs? That would be the place to start.
Should I ask in the Pacman boards for permission? I wasn't quite sure how to go about that. When I saw PAC wasn't available for the Nexus I kind of lost my mind and had it built the next day lol

No, you cannot release any builds until nightlies start. There was a message at the end of the build that says the same thing. Nightlies should start soon though, so you can release your builds after that. All builds right now are for private use only.
Or perhaps upload your work for the pac team and ask them to be the official builder for the nexus 5 version?

Sorry I started my build right before bed one night and by the time I woke up my wife had closed terminal so I never saw the message. If I had I promise I would have never asked. Sorry again and I'll definitely keep the build to myself.

I have the note 10.1 2014 edition and wanna install the new s note. . I don't wanna root. Is it possible?? My s note lags badly to the extent I can't use the tablet properly

S Note is a system app, so you need root.

There is a root method available btw, flashed through Odin. For what it's worth, I've had no issues or adverse effects since rooting.

Are you positive? Usually true but it may detect it and try to install it as an update...worth a try. Its not much different though. Smoother transitions but that may just be kitkat

Maybe needs the. Odex file? I hardly ever work with odexed systems, so I wasn't positive if it was required. A quick Googleing suggests it may be needed, so I'll put it up just in case. Gimme just a sec.
Oh btw, the odex file was in the system app folder, right along with the apk.

Hi everyone, I just started this thread for all the new m8 users or other users who did not know a certain fact about the forums... You can actually go to the general HTC One M8 section and use most if not all the aosp Roms there... For example: Dirty Unicorns, CM11, AOKP, and etc... I wrote this because I know most users didn't know this I know I didn't. Just wanted to share this fun fact..
