You could try asking in the Q&A section. This is the general section and is not for questions.
I use pie control from the market. Built into the ROM, AFAIK there is not. And yes questions go in Q&A not general.

Thanks to the guides posted here and on a few other sites, I managed to get my i9020A on Ice Cream Sandwich with root. I moved from CyanogenMod 7 and really liked the toggles in the notification menu as well as the custom power control widget. Would it be possible for me to install these two features on my phone?
Just wait for Cyanogenmod 9, cant do it without the mods from the CM team.

Welcome,
you were close.... the ROMs are here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1171
Im using SLIM BEAN 3.1 and it has everything you need for a ROM
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1846233
.
Good luck
I prefer to use 4.2.1 roms since they offer the extra security settings for apk sideloading....and the quick settings brought with 4.2.0 are a very nice addition, imho, as well
Rom?

You'd probably want to ask in a different forum section. Most AOSP based ROMs have this option. CM and AOKP etc, I believe have it.
It's called Navigation Bar (or NavBar) and you can find it on any non Sense ROMs (those are based either on CM/AOSP/AOKP). Option is found, depending on the ROM in the specific settings menu of that ROM. For ex in Baked you'll find it in Baked menu, in AOKP it is in ROM Controll and so on..
And you should have posted this in Q&A section not here

can anyone point me to a aosp/aokp rom that has the sidebar mod implemented..ive flashed few 4.3 roms but wasnt able to find one with the sidebar app. if anyones know a rom for d2vzw s3 can help me out that would be lovely.
Are you referring to Samsung's MultiWindow? Where you can have two apps on screen at once? Far as I know, I think just OSE rom based on a few comments and the OP. Long press an app while your multitasking window is up.

If you're looking for something like this it's from Carbon Rom. They have it in both their 4.2.2 version (build 1.8) and their 4.3 version. It is under ribbons.
Pac man has a sidebar too
Sent from my Slim GS3
i tried carbon rom under ribbons i coulndt get it to work.. and as for pacman rom im running the current 4.3 nightly but it seems it have a few glitches on my phone.
like for instance im at work it would work..then ill be on my break. it wouldnt show. i would have to go back to system settings turn off and on.
sorry for late reply school and work has me tied down
I have to increase the thickness to get the ribbons to fly in consistently for me.
So did KitKat severely break Pie? It surprises me that no Roms have it yet. Since I am not a dev, I don't know the specifics as to how KitKat differs from Jellybean. Any word on the progress of pie? I cannot get LMT RC6 to work properly on KK ROMs. Thanks

Pie? Are you talking about pie touch controls? If so it's in several ROMs and can be added to stock rom with xposed framework and GravityBox.If you're talking about something else entirely then igore this post.
Pie originated with paranoid android. Since they haven't released a rom yet no pie. What does lmt not do for you? Working fine for me.

I'm using gravitybox for pie and it works perfectly.
Same here, xposed with gravitybox and using pie controls.

I see Roms using gravity box and exposed but I am not sure where to download them separately. Anyone have a link?
