Alternative for Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 like i said i wanna buy new tablet for my kids i can afford Tab 3 but if there is any alternative like allview, eboda, asus who worth the money i will happy buy it !

So Samsung have recently released the Galaxy Tab 3 Kids Edition, I want to turn my Galaxy Tab 2 P-3110 in to a kids tablet for my toddler to play with (obviously I will buy a decent protective case)
Is there any existing ROM that has been ported from Galaxy Tab 3 Kids Edition to run on the P3110 ? or any decent launchers that will do this correctly for me?
I'd like to leave Kit Kat rom on the tab to be honest, and run a second user for my son to access using his own account for toddlers learning games. Does anyone have any idea?
