I just recently flashed rc1 cm10.2 and now i can recieve messages but I cannot send them. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this that would be great. Thanks!
I would wipe cache and dalvik and re-flash.
If that fails i would go back to my last known working rom.

Hi guys,
So I've just flashed NSCollab 1.0.35 and have a few troubles.
My first issue is that it's not finding my Orange service, therefore I cannot make calls, recieve, text etc.
The other is that com.android.phone, which is obviously the phone keeps stopping, recieving error messages every 20seconds.
Any ideas why please?

I'd suggest re-flash, but make sure you do a data/factory reset, wipe cache and dalvik cache. If that dosent work, which it probly should. If not, flash another rom.

Ok so I've been searching for a few days here, but haven't found anything exactly like this. I rooted my friend's phone for him about 3 months ago (Sprint Epic 4G). I flashed Thunderhawk and all went flawlessly. Great install, fast, etc. No issues. I did an initial nandroid backup then. Fast forward to 3 days ago. He has had his phone off for 3 weeks. Gets back, and can't retrieve any texts. Can't even open the Messages app. It just force closes. In addition, I had him download Handcent, and that force closes, as well. Here is what I've tried so far, to no avail -
1. Fix permissions
2. Wipe dalvik cache
3. Factory Reset
4. Wipe x3 (dalvik, cache, data) and reboot
5. Restore from initial nandroid backup back in November
The only things I can come up with left to do is to download a new ROM and try to flash that, but I'm at a loss. I figured doing a complete wipe and restore would fix it, but NOTHING has worked. Any recommendations?

Someone help me please. I am running on Cyanogen 9 P6200 by Aorth and I can receive message but i can't sending message.
first time anybody complained about sms.
maybe you should re flash the rom and be sure to format cache and restore to factory settings

I've been racking my brain on this but I can't seem to figure it out. I have been on both Carbon 4.2.2 and XenonHD for my XT926 but I can't for the life of me get MMS to send or receive. SMS work just fine but when I try to send a picture it just says sending... for infinity. When I flash back to stock 4.1.2, I can easily send MMS again. I've been searching for a while now for the answer but it seems to be working fine for most people. I've tried Go SMS apn settings, rebooting while sending, flashing back to stock then to rom, etc. Any ideas out there?

Edit: Fixed it... somehow. I tinkered with APN backup and restore and Go Sms all to no avail. But then I dirty flashed the ROM over itself and for some reason that solved half the problem. I was able to do a fresh install after that and the MMS sending was still working.
Edit 2: Nevermind. It doesn't work again. It was fixed for about an hour and now just doesn't work again.
Edit 3: My second flash back to 4.1.2 Stock System, Kernel, and Radio and then clean install of XenonHD did the trick. Glad to have that over with. Fingers crossed. You can delete this thread.
Hey guys i updated my Nexus S (Crespo) to KitKat 4.4 now i cannot make or receive calls my modem is I9020XXXKJ1 do i need to update my modem or is there any other fix seems as if i reboot phone make a call quickly it works then after that when i make a call its silent at both ends, txts work and also the wifi works just the calling, Any help would be muchly appreciated,

Try to wipe cache, dalvik cache and factory reset your phone, it might be a dirty flash otherwise try installing another ROM

Thanks for the reply dude i had done this many times also tryed CM11 rom but last night i reset my phone then it randomly started working now its mint as and is still working even after more resets, anyway can close post now lol shes fixed and running better than ever!:laugh:
