Hello,
I just installed CyanongenMod 10 on my Sony Xperia Tipo Dual (ST21i2)
The installation was successful but when i open my phone it doesn't detect my SIM card.... Is that something i can fix or tipo dual is not supported by CM????
and how can i fix it?
The home button isn't working too! :|

It worked fine on me..... the only problem is the sim card :/

I got the solution of ext sd,i re-inserted it. But Still i am not satisfied with cm10 without sim support guys plz help is there any bug fix? or would it be released with Gsm aupport in future?
Also,is there any custom rom for tipo dual with gsm support?

mee too stucked with the same problem, searching for custom ROM. but with everyo ne the same problem, no gsm issue. NOTIFY ME WHEN U GOT ONE , AND I WILL IF GOT ONE

There you go,but there is one bug in this rom:
com.android.phone (Phone.apk) crashes if there is no SIM card / no signal)
They r trying 2 Fix it and DON'T FORGET 2 HIT THANX,IF I HELPED U

I'm trying to find custom roms for the xperia e dual. I was only able to find one in the android development section but it does not do what i want. My mother just got this phone but after seeing the interface on my new nexus 4 she would like to have her phone be more like mine. the standard android apps and things rather than sony's ones. is there a rom for this? I can find things for the e but not the e dual. any help is greatly appreciated thanks
Rom? Not yet, even for e single. You can use jellybean launcher for now.

try Z-FUZION....but it is for xperia e ss...so one sim will not work...

I have searched the whole tipo dual forum but couldn't find small apps ported for tipo dual, I was surprised small apps are available for most other xperias but why not for our lovely tipo dual.
Please help if someone could port them for tipo dual, or else if they are already ported please provide the link.
By port I mean not only small apps but also a framework & system UI for tipo dual supporting small apps.
Here is a guide to enable small apps support in any framework:-

Plz anyone help me very urgent.i unfortunately edited and erased the build.prop file in the system folder and i tried to reboot the device ,it got stuck at sony logo.what to do now.i want my data back.i have cwm recovery .i can go into that.but can i do media and contacts backup there?whether i should flash the completre sony firmware for xperia tipo dual st21i2.my device is rooted.whether my data will be lost if i flash the sony firmware .?
Help me, i installed XPERIA Z FIRE series 5 to my Xperia Tipo Dual.. I flashed the BOOT.IMG inside it first then i follow the instruction on how to install the rom.. I installed it properly and it works! ^_^, but the SIM is not working, so i search on google and I FOUND

which has a thread on how TIPO jb ROMS work on TIPO DUAL with 1 SIM Fix.
I downloaded the FIX BY JAVA.FTF.zip then i extract it. and i flashed it on my tipo DS.
but there is some error show in FLASHTOOL logs. and when i TUrn my phone on..
it Start normally BUT i CANT touch the SCREEN anymore....
PLEASE HELP.. GUYZ
