So it should be like this?
You must unlock your bootloader.
You must have a custom recovery installed that allows SELinux (please see here for TWRP with SELinux support for 4.4 KitKat)
Download the HTC One Mini build here.
Locate 4.4 Gapps here.
1 Fully wipe your device from Recovery if you are not coming from CM11.0 already.
2 Reboot into recovery and install. (Unfortunately, you will need to mount /data manually and then go to /data/media/0 to locate the zip files until this recovery gets cleaned up.)
3 Unzip ROM and flash boot.img in fastboot
4 Reboot

when you load a file with "adb pushcm11xxx /data/media/0/...
what happened if I do not have the "0" folder??
How do i mount data? In TWRP or fastboot?
hey,
did someone actually succed in booting it ?
additional question, why flash the twrp recovery, i mean, fastboot boot recovery.img should be ok, no ?
and that would allow to keep OTA update working
As someone that has CM on multiple android devices (Samsung Galaxy Note II, Nexus 4, Nexus 7 & Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0) I would try reflashing, I find that usually the first flash doesn't go well with CM. I just got an HTC One Mini so excited to see this development. I was a little bummed that their was no CM for it ATM.

I am willing to try it once they fix speakerphone and wifi. Camera I don't really care if it works or not. Unfortunately the HTC One Mini is currently my daily driver so I can't afford to lose the wifi or speakerphone.

Thanks for the recovery! There is only a little bug where battery is always shown in 66%. I remember that first twrp recovery had the same problem, than they had sort it out, but it looks like it is back. Nevertheless as long as the features are working everything is ok.

Can anyone make this CWM or TWRP flashable?
I purchased a refurbished tf300t, flashed twrp on it, installed cm 10 then cm 11, installed multirom, installed a different blob to install the new version of multirom with twrp, tried flashing omni rom to no avail. I was not thinking correctly as I have never had problems with my previous phones that I could not fix but thus far I have been unable to find a stock rom and a way to flash it such as odin for other phones/tablets. I have downloaded stock zip files to no avail and have found nothing useful as of yet...haven't figured how to flash back to the previous version of twrp as I have been a CWM user until I received this device which supposedly had twrp which couldn't be bricked with. multirom is uninstalled now and I'm trying to figure out how to flash a stock rom and start from scratch again as I have never been an asus tab nor smartphone user previously. I also have a twrp asking for a password as well and I have read that there is a way around that but have not looked into that yet.
Any and All help is appreciated
Thank you.

Hello, Just tried to flash SlimLP, The flash is OK but When I reboot the phone, it's stuck on the "Unlocked Bootlader" Screen.....
I did a semi-clean flash (just wype system, cache and dalvik before flashed the ROM)
It seems that the Boot.img does not work. I deleted the boot.img and replaced it with the one from CM Rom Zip and now it boots.
EDIT: Endless Bootanimation, Back on CM for now
No GAPPS needed?
I did some tests back home:
- The Zip provided is stucked on "Bootlader Unlocked" screen
- The zip modified with bootimg from CM is stucked on Bootanimation.
Does it run on your phone ?

Forgot to mention was going to, but I dont have thea, I do have Titan so I base my roms on commits, they are not tested, but I can see what I can do about it.
Edit: I have a fix for now I think and I would be happy if you tested the fix. Since Thea and Titan use the same kernel, I will provide you with a working boot.img from SlimLP Titan you can then flash that over this SlimLP zip after doing a full clean install. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0By3hc0o4u0zSdGRCOW8wUXZjcHM/view?usp=sharing
Ok I just flashed your .img.
Now the phone boots but soft reboot when it lands on "Starting apps" screen. Thus the screen corners flicker and go red for a few seconds
Good Job by the way but it is not a working ROM yet

So it now goes further, but still doesnt work, as for the screen I really dont know how to fix that without a test device.
Edit: Red pixels are there because this is a -eng build, usually only for testing, I am building a better zip now.

OK Just tested the new build, It boots and works great however I will not stay on SlimLP. I wanted to test because I had a really great Experience with SlimICS and SlimJB back on my Nexus. SLimLP seems good but beside Slimrecent it's no as tweaked as I wanted it to do.
Will continue to test your builds if you are in need

Thank you very much for your kind contribution to the community. I am very appreciated.
Thank you for keeping this device alive for all these years!!!
Having a problem lately though. When I try to connect my phone via fastboot, I just get a USB device not recognized. I have tried to install HTC USB drivers (official and forum downloads) and on my other android devices I have no issues to use fastboot or adb (meaning that it's set up correctly?). Any ideas on how to use fastboot on Windows 10?
Thanks for any help!

It might be possible by using Fastboot.reg method as it is working for me.
Hi,
I've recently found my ds and i thought i'd try out CM12.1 or even CM13. however i'm stuck at installing TWRP-saga-2.8.7.0-unofficial.img.
I can get twrp-2.6.3.0-saga.img to work OK.
Basically, after flashing the latest recovery via fastboot (looks to work OK) and then reboot into recovery, it just hangs on the startup flash screen. I have to pull the battery to get back into the bootloader again.
i have
HBOOT 2.00.2002
S-OFF (unlocked)

CM13 uses the opt version, for 12.1 you might also want to go for the opt version. It will mean that you have to format your sd-card as ext4... If you go that way, you need 2.8.7.1.

Yeah, if you have an Hitachi panel you can't run a recent CM... It shouldn't affect the recovery, though... I think
lool, I flashed TWRP-recovery-sagaopt-2.8.7.1.img and issued factory reset... and it formatted my SD card (coz it takes it as internal memory)... I already recovered files most of files, but was "a bit" surprised... was it also like that in previous versions?
Unauthorized
i recently got to stupid situation - i wanted to try cm13 so i used tweaked twrp 2.8.7.1 for saopt sm13 and formated my sd card, loosing everything - i had to load the rom to the phone by using ./adb push. the rom was not stable enough to be used, so i wanted to go back - flashed back twrp 2.8.7.0 formated again my card and finding that i cannot mount phone to my macbook (dunno why?) and that ./adb push returns with info that device is unauthorized. i had to use different phone to put rom on sd card to be able to install it.
tweaked version or older version of twrp did not have this problem.

Will this get security updates?
Ok, stupid question
I have had several Android phones and have rooted some of them.
Can someone clarify the installation instructions if coming from a completely stock phone.
Step 1. is about as clear as mud. Latest img, are we talking about a TWRP img???
Do you know if the audio bug during calls will be fixed and do you think you will be able to control the fps via the settings menu or something at some point?
You've no idea how happy I was to see this @javelinanddart !
I've posted the ROM on the subreddit https://www.reddit.com/r/razerphone...able/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share and will post on insider also so as many people as possible will see it.

I plan to update this fairly regularly.

Did you check the download folder? There are img files in the download folder.

We want to have both of those fixed soon, but we're focusing on earpiece right now since that is more important.
120fps mode is default and works fine?

As far as I can tell, yes.
I assume boot.img and system zip can be flashed from TWRP?

No worries mate thank for getting back to me I'll hold of for now until the earpiece issue is fixed the default at 120fps doesn't bother me that much. Also great work so far you might be the very person that keeps this phone alive since razer have stopped working on it from what I have seen.

Credit where credit's due: mikeioannina did a large majority of the work. I just happened to make the thread since I have been working with him.
Flashed boot.img, reboot recovery, factory reset, install zip fails with Error 255 (latest TWRP booted from fastboot, not installed).
Any ideas?
Peace
Earpiece bug is fixed, that means there are no major bugs left.

Did you flash TWRP? Or did you flash the img in the folder?

I booted TWRP from fastboot (without flashing it) and flashed the boot.img from the folder.

I wasn't aware fastboot boot worked on cheryl. In any case, did my instructions say to boot TWRP? Flash the lineage boot.img in that folder with fastboot and then reboot to recovery from fastboot. Then you'll be in Lineage Recovery where you can sideload the ROM.
Yes, fastboot boot works, obviously, or I wouldn't be able to do it. Let's see then...

Speaking of, there's a new build with that fixed up now. Enjoy!
