[Q] ADD hoc Conection for andriod 4.0.3

how can use ad hoc internet conection(ad hoc wifi) on rooted andriod 4.0.3 , i use a "wpa_supplicant" on my 2.3.6 andriod but now not working in android 4.0.3

i'v updated my android to v 4.0.4 bulid num 6.1.b.0.544
after udpdate i cant use apps like tigerVPN or VPN1CILCK or any of these
to hide my IP

I have rooted it and flashed it with custom recovery"twrp"
I wanted to change my Mac address but I can't
I heared that I must change my kernel with custom kernel support changing Mac address but I didn't find
