I've been dying to ask this for a while...
If i buy the nexus 5 (16gb or 32gb) from google play store and i have tmobile...will i still be able to send it to warrenty (not insurance) thru tmobile if by any chance the phone had any issues?
Thanks so much in advance!!!!

no, it will have to be through Google.
You should contact Google for warranty of your phone.

After you call them they send you an email that contains the shipping directions and shipping label you print. It's all very painless.
I know its very painless but..
How long will it take?
If they reject it due to custom Roms... will I have to pay a fee... Will they return it...
I can't just send it with a blindfold on my eyes....

Why aren't you asking Google instead of us?
" Buy Samsung phone and ask for Apple warranty "
Sent from my Nexus 5 using xda app-developers app
the only way to get a tmobile warranty is to buy it from tmobile
sometimes google replaces in days...sometimes it takes them weeks....just depends on if they have any in stock
You would pay $30 for a warranty exchange though T-Mobile anyways, way pay when you can do it for free through Google. Not that you have the option but I sure wouldn't be paying T-Mobile for doing something I can.

Anyone ever sent a phone with a cracked screen to Asurion? If so, did you receive any repercussions?
They will make you pay a deductible I think 100 dollars or 130 something like that.. and they will ship you a replacement
Also the replacement will be a refurbdished phone

Where did you hear this? if this is true i am gonna call up tmobile... I am on exchange number 2 right now.
If you go online and go through their website they will tell you what is available as a replacment. If they have Slides that is what you get, if not they have to offer something compareable.

In case anyone was still on the fence but considering it, now's a good time to jump...saw someone over on Phandroid post about getting one for this price and verified for myself:

So glad I just spent 2 hundo on mine...
Sent from the collective. Resistance is futile.
Had I waited a week I would be fine. Went last week when it was $99. Ah well, better than 2 bills Sprint still wants.
This makes me wonder if the plan on supporting this thing. Shame, as for a phone whither a physical keyboard its pretty nice

Bestbuy will pricematch other retailers as long as retailer has the phone in stock, so bb should price match costco's price.

Oh, I get it now. Verizon is jumping on the bandwagon for an online store, but you can bill it to your line rather than a CC.
Very interesting.
Should be in this drop down menu. Or could be your line has blocked "Online Purchases"

Do you have to do something on Verizons site for this to work? I tried and it told me my accounts wasn't elgible for billing.
Play store Verizon billing was available to me for about a month, but recently I am no longer seeing it as a payment option. Anyone else seeing this or know how to remedy it?
I upgraded to FoxFi full version through Google Play about a week ago. It gave me the option of setting up wallet or having charged to my Verizon account. I opted for wallet. (rooted, unlocked, but have only upgraded the radio so far)
Samsung is giving away free nfc tags and flip covers for our phone and the NoteII if you register your device with them.... http://www.droid-life.com/2012/12/2...tering-your-device-at-samsungs-facebook-page/

More information, please, if you have it.
I am wondering the same thing. Or how any of the incentives will come about. I have linked paypal and dropbox, but wasnt offered any vouchers or additional space.
Im wondering if they email you later. I didn't get extra box space yet either.

they are saying if you already used the free space offer from a previous phone, this offer doesn't stack onto it...its complete BS in my opinion...
it should be like a phone contract, and that the 2 year expiration date expires from the date of the last purchase of the phone that offered it
anyways, here are all the "galaxy gifts" that come with the phone
http://www.samsung.com/global/microsite/galaxys5/galaxygifts.html
Well, I called paypal and clarified about this $50 credit. Paypal stated that we can receive offers up to $50 from select merchants when using the application. So you will not get any type of credit to your Paypal account if you are looking for one. To me, Samsung should have clarified this better and it seems a little deceiving. Oh well.
