RE: how to unroot Oppo Find5 and How to uninstall TWRP
Hi everyone,
I recently rooted my Oppo Find 5 with this following thread method.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2129427
OppoX909-TWRP-Root-CASUAL-R769b--Nightly.jar
but i found i dunno how to use it, it cause more troubles than convinience.
Now i wish to unroot, and uninstall the TWRP that casual script help me installed.
I want the ori factory setting. Anyone can help?
Ok. So I managed to update my phone to 5.1. But now I've lost rooting rights. I found one thread already here saying to use KingRoot, but that did not work for me.
Can anyone give me a step-by-step way to root my Mate 7 with lollipop 5.1?
P's: the main problem being that I do not have an unlock code. When trying to get one from huawei I get a hw_account_member_error... If anyone has a solution to fix that...

Hello dekraan,
I have the same status with you. At this time, no way to root Ascend Mate 7 with OS 5.1. I tried to apply CWM recovery image (from OS 4.4.2) for it but not succesful
If you guys have TL-10 you may want to check out post #7 of ACBKA's thread below:

I was able to flash supersu and gain root through his nogui recovery.

I rooted my phone using KingRoot, after some try and error. I used version 4.1.237 or something like that? But I do not have a custom recovery to flash, so unfortunately I can't do much. Wanted very badly to install Xposed, but you have to flash a part, so thats no good..
I also rooted my phone with Kingroot 4.0.1.237, and replaced Kinguser with SuperSu. Now the rooted phone works fine. Looking for any custom recovery image.
Kingroot works fine on Mate 7 Android 5.1
Kingroot does not work on Ascend Mate 7 5.1.1, build B324.
Can anyone advise. I have CWM recovery installed, tried to install SuperSU, which says successful, but still no root.

I had rooted my oppo f1 plus and now i am not able to unroot , supersu is not uninstalling even after trying to unrooting method by using supersu option. I need to get back to my stock android, Please help ?
Hello,
So my Oneplus 6 was rooted on Android 8.1 for a while now. Recently i got the update for Android 9 and did the official OTA Update to 9. Now my root seems gone or at least it doesn't work anymore.
Now I actually want to remove the root completly because I want to use my banking app, which won't work on rooted phones.
How do I remove the leftovers of this root? I had Magisk + TWRP on it. TWRP shouldn't affect any apps right? Would it be enough to just relock the bootloader? Cause root seems gone already there is no need to uninstall it right?
Thank you for your help.

you need to flash boot.img and system.img from the start. You can dump them from the OTA you have installed.

Just flash full ROM zip file in TWRP. Data will stay in tact, stock boot img and stock recovery.
