(Q) Beginner Level Xperia J need help [PROBLEM SOLVED]

Dear: All member in this xperia J/Miro/Tipo
This is the first time I want Root and Unlock Bootloader XPERIA J but Im very confused for get my stock before I do that. So, in here Im tried for ask anybody also have XPERIA J to can provide me the link for my stock. Im very appreciated for any help can give me the link and bellow is screencapture for my phone. Well dude, from what I see there you already have a stock Android Rom.
But anyways here are the links
This one is a stock ICS http://d-h.st/lP5
And this one is stock Jelly Bean http://d-h.st/BeC . I get them both from here.
You might wanna take a look at what's inside this thread, it will help you.

Im just very confused about Xperia J is little dev. little information and randomly people having thread... So Im just go here Q and A thread for posting my problem... this is true place yes?
Im just NEED HELP for get information in the first day I get the phone, not saying ASAP or FAST RESPONDS..

Hi guys. I am searching from yesterday everywhere (google + xda) to download a custom rom, omega v10 gor my galaxy s4 (i9505) and i cant find it... Can u please give a link? I would ask in the correct thread but i'm a new member and i cant post there. Please help me, im tired to search, i dont know why i cant find it...

Thank u for the link but i have tried already this site, there is not this rom avalaible, only the newest. This rom its from august thats why i cant find it...

Try searching at needrom.com, click your brand which is samsung, then look for your model.

At goo.gl/sZukOE i dont understand much (chinese), at needrom.com unfortunately there is no omega roms.

If the file exist how its works?
