I've been trying to install cm themes on Canvas 2 but so far no success..
Can somebody help?
The theme I want to install is in apk format.
Do you use other launcher like Apex or Nova ?

buddy those cm themes are only compatible & can be used with Cyanogenmod only ....
BUt u can use xtheme engine an xposed module & it has various cm ported themes as well ... go check it out i'd given the links:angel:

There are no stable custom roms.. all are just modified stock roms!!
You should just mod your own stock rom & wait until there's any stable rom for our core
Who working for custom rom? Like cyanogenmod ?

Monster$ rom is great bro. Im using it for months.. to fix the language issue on every startup I made a profile on tasker that will set my default language to english on boot, Install super user via cwm and you can download the multi windows feature via xposed framework

you couldn't use the themes because they are for xperia theme engine not for CM12 theme engine .
if you want a good theme for CM12 you can use This.
And if you want to use xperia theme
1. install the latest stock rom .
2.go HERE and install this mod.
3.install any theme for xperia theme engine .

ok thanks i saw this topic before and link was broken if i found z2 frame work and a way to make my stock rom deoxode this would be help full ... and why they don't make flashable themes to just flash it and get setuped ? they know that 4.2.2 roms can't setup xperia 4.3 themes ! or it's hard for them ?
i have UBL and rooted phone with TWRP 2.7.0.0 recovery setuped
if you want to make your rom deodex you can try This.
And why don't you instal CM12 so you can use it's theme engine and in general it's better looking than stock rom .
Anyway I will post a request in "Z2 framework Thread" to mirror the link

I love stock ROM more because it doesn't make sudden crushes and bad slow or battery dieing easily... And my motherboard will be burnet if I installed another ROM that what they said in Sony factory after fixing a problem in charging in my phone
Any way but I like xperia 4.3 themes more :$ and thanks if u uploaded the frame work and thanks for help with how to deoxoed my ROM ??

hello everyone.... evverything is perfect on my cell...using jb stryder rom..... when i install a cm themes and applied via xtheme and hkmanager.. it will apply...but after reboot .. my cell ui remains unchanged..... nothing is changing..... i wanttt to know y....
That's because CM themes won't work on JB..They needs to be ported first in order to make it compatible with JB..

You need to unlock bootloader and follow instructions given on thread..

Do a android backup before flashing
Boot in recovery

2. Installing Su through Custom recovery( recoveries attached)

I have ported three roms(Flyme,Amigo and XUI) for canvas 6 pro but some major bugs are there like camera ,flashlight so it will take time

Tried every tutorial but unable to port... Everytime stuck on some steps..
Bro I think porting works only if the kernel is the same... I'm sure ud be successful if you use roms which use Stock or Stock modified kernels.... Then again I'm just a noob and I haven't the faintest idea about coding ...

yup i know this... so tried cm 12 for xiomi redmi note 3 (mtk6795) version.. But failed. That thing wont work.....
By the way these phones are identical in every specs. If you wish to port, try the ones made for xiomi, work would be a lot lesser... ☺
@ANANDH16 can you please upload the META-INF of stock ROM ....need updater-script ...
and also can you post the way to unlock boot loader....after fastboot OEM unlock phone goes into bootloop and even the recovery is corrupted
Just a quick note, use supersume to get rid of all the chinese crap installed. It will slow down your phone and is almost certainly violating your privacy.

Full dark material everywhere.....Settings Dialer Framework Contacts SystemUI Dialog Just everything White is Dark....
