Just Pick Off Your Battery And Keep It Again. Then Try To Go In Recovery mode. It worked FOR me ....

are you tried this?
@FarhanJ
Extract zip file(for extracting zip file use es file explorer or root explorer) and copy recovery.img on sdcard/
or
Copy recovery.img on your sdcard/
And now install Recovery installer app on your device and follow introduction.
press thanks,if it's working.
Edited:I think your problem solved in past because today 8 may,2014. and I read about you.
Recovery installer:

I think you haven't flashed recovery after unlocking bootloader..
for that download the .img file of custom recovery on your pc...
such as twrp recovery(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2695377)
reboot your phone in bootloader and then select fastboot (1st option)
then connect it to your pc via usb
download fastboot zip (http://www.mediafire.com/download/c2pxbh04rn0lq08/fastboot-win.zip) on your pc and extract..
place .img file of recovery in the extracted folder of fastboot files..
now press shift and right click simultaneously and select "open terminal here"
in that terminal type "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img"
And reboot!!
Now you will be able to go to recovery!!

if you're using the old CWM recovery.
it's been problem on that recovery.
try flashing latest CWM recovery or try other recovery like TWRP and PhilZ.

[Q] How to flash Endymion, S-ON, HBOOT 2.00.0002

Hi guys, I decided to flash Endymion ROM to my Desire S, but I've never flashed a rom before, so I want to be sure I'll do it right. So my phone is Desire S, this is the info I see in the BOOTLOADER:
*** UNLOCKED ***
SAGA PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-2.00.0002
RADIO-3822.10.08.04_M
eMMC-boot
I have unlocked the bootloader using HTCDEV, I have installed Revolutionary CWM v4.0.1.4 and ROM Manager from the market. I have downloaded the V3.5 base rom to my SD Card.
What I intend to do next is:
1) Activate USB Debugging
2) from ROM Manager to flash the Endymion rom
3) Reboot to BOOTLOADER and use the command fastboot flash boot $pathToBootIMG\boot.img to make it start correctly
Questions:
1) Is this all I need to do?
2) Do I have to downgrade the bootloader?
Thanks so much for your replies

2. do a full wipe (data, cache, dalvik cache)
3. flash the rom you want
4. power off
5. enter fastboot by pressing vol down and power button
6. flash the boot.img in fastboot,
(do extract the boot.img in every rom you flash)
(you need adb for this, run cmd and navigate where the adb and boot.img)
(code is "fastboot flash boot boot.img")
7. reboot
Thanks man, this is exactly what I did yesterday and now it works perfectly OK.
I found also this tutorial, originally for CM7, but it is 100% applicable for Endymion too.

Do i really need to s-off.?? Can i install the roms with S-on.??
Plz help me...
My phone is still OFF...:crying:
No you don't need my friend to be s-off.
S-ON dont flash the kernel and thats why it wont boot so you need to flash it via fastboot.
S-OFF flashes it with the rom
Thats the difference.
Follow this steps and you will have ics good in no time
First make sure the drivers are set up!
1. Download fastboot ( find on xda )
2. Extract the files in a folder on the desktop
3. Open up the Rom that you installed and extract the boot.img
4. Put the boot.img to the folder where you extracted fastboot.
5.Hold power and volume down button to start your phone to get into the skating android ( white screen but i call it that way) and select fastboot then connect the usb and it should say " fastboot usb"
6. Open a command prompt ( win 7 : hold shift + right click in the folder and choose there )
7. In prompt type: fastboot flash boot.img or fastboot boot boot.img ( cant remember right now if first it right )
8. After ist done just disconnect usb and voila it should boot
Pm for further help and hit thanks if i helped

[Q] Unable to boot into recovery

Hi all,
So I recently got a Sensation 4G that is rooted with CM 10.1 on it, but it seems to be lacking a recovery image. Whenever I try to boot into recovery using Goo or QuickBoot, it just reboots the phone. I have tried installing recoveries through Goo and 4ext recovery console but that hasn't helped.
When I boot into the bootloader it says:
Firmware 3.33
Pyramid PVT SHIP S-OFF RL
HBOOT - 1.27.1100
RADIO - 11.29A.3504.18_M
There is no reboot to recovery option in the bootloader. Can anyone fill me in about what I am missing here?
Thanks!

Hi,
greetings,
in the bootloader below the things you said their must options like
fastboot
recovery ......etc etc
select recovery their by pressing volume down button and power button to enter the recovery if this does not work
flash recovery vai abd and chech again,
if you cannot see still i suggest you should flash juopunutbear hboot that might solve your prob and then flash recovery again
If you manually boot into bootloader (phone off holding power and vol down) it will be the second option under fastboot.
For me whenever I use something to boot into bootloader it boots into fastboot mode which doesn't have an option for recovery.

since you are on S-ON you have to flash the boot.img of the rom via fastboot command
or flash 4ext recovery and enable smartflash from it before flashing the rom
as you understand in any case you need sdk tools(adb and fastboot) on your pc

What about those of us that have no USB connectivity, meaning when USB cable is connected, you get no "Fastboot USB" on the bootloader screen?
I'm S-on, so flashing recoveries from the SD card isn't possible.
Try this...

Try following method 2 in this guide( through updating via PG58IMG.zip file) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1599816. Be carefule about the md5 checksum of the recovery image. Double check before flashing!!
After this, boot into recovery(from the bootloader menu, select appropriate superuser.zip file(for rooting, search xda ...there are many options) and flash root. You now have a custom recovery and are rooted. Now you can flash any custom rom.
All the above assuming you can somehow transfer files to your SD card through a card reader or any other means...
NOTE: Delete the PG58IMG.zip after flashing recovery.

Still won't work. I have tried flashing stock firmwares, stock and non-stock recoveries, reflashing root.zip, restore from known good backups, nothing has worked. Phone is stuck at first HTC logo screen and will go no further, and with no USB connectivity, it's impossible for me to flash even PG58IMGs' because the phone is S-on.
Maybe this could work for you...just a suggestion

Ok, from your reply i gather that even though you transferred the PG581MG to your SD card, the phone did not update when your got to the bootloader menu. I do not think being S-ON will prevent you from installing from the zip file...but maybe i am wrong. Hey now all i can think is this:
Turn off your phone, remove the battery, wait for some time(~10seconds), then put the battery back in. Now press Power +Vol down switch together. Now at the boot loader menu select Fastboot and press Power button. Connect your phone to your PC now and wait. The check if the next screen shows 'FASTBOOT USB'.
If you get 'FASTBOOT USB' in the next screen, then you have multiple options, but for you i would suggest that you download the latest RUU for the phone depending on your region and cid. Then run the ruu while the device is still in FASTBOOT USB mode. This will restore your phone's firmware recovery and rom back to stock.
But if your phone does not show fastboot usb then i'm stumped dude...maybe the experts here in our sensation community will be able to help out....
All the best ...and report if anything improves...

because you are on S-ON you need to flash the boot.img of the rom via fastboot command in order to boot the rom
but i suggest to do that
flash 4ext recovery via fastboot
http://www.4shared.com/zip/WnSyLWMaba/4EXT_Recovery_Touch_v1006_RC3_.html
extract the recovery.img and flash it via fastboot command
after that format all partitions except sdcard from 4ext
enable smartflash from 4ext
flash the rom
done
What is wrong in my steps and how to flash boot.img?
Hello,
I'm in same situation with my Sensation. I'm also new into those stuff, so I cannot be sure what to do.
I also want to install ivanich's CM ROM. Probably, ROM is not booting because of S-ON and probably I have to flash boot.img. I will explain my steps just in case, for you to see if there is a mistake or not.
I unlocked my phone successfully, installed twrp recovery from its website and flashed it to my phone. I transferred "CM12.1" and "gapps 5.1 nano" to SD card. Firstly, I choose wipe option. It fails in sd-ext part, but I don't mind it because I will use this option after installing ROM successfully. I installed ROM and gapps respectively and successfully. But at the end, I reboot the system and HTC logo is stuck. Nothing happens after this moment.
I wanted to flash boot.img from fastboot also, but I can't do that. I can open fastboot menu by pressing volume down and power buttons, but I cannot give a command here. Because my phone is not recognized by my PC in that mode (probably it is because I couldn't check usb debugging anywhere, because there is no working ROM in that phone)
I don't know what to do. Can you help please? Thanks.
---------- Post added at 07:22 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:47 PM ----------
Hello again,
I could flash boot.img just now. To do it, I mounted my Sensation with TWRP recovery and my PC could see it as disk drive, but I didn't know how to go fastboot from there. I typed "adb reboot bootloader" in command prompt (like unlocking htc). And I realized that phone could be detected in fastboot mode. And I copied boot.img file to related folder. I typed "fastboot flash boot boot.img". PC transferred boot.img. And I typed "fastboot reboot". And HTC logo was on for about 30 seconds. And TADAAA!!! CM boot animation appeared. It takes about 2-3 minutes to boot. Now it is optimizing apps (I don't know which apps are they). I will update here, if anything interesting happens.
I know it is an old thread. I hope this steps can be beneficial for any of you.
