If you mean to check if the bootloader is unlocked successfully then with s1 tool click identify then attach the phone in flashmode then under sim lock certificate if R has changed to r then its unlocked
Dial *#*#7378423#*#*
A service menu will open up
In configuration... If Unlocked then
"Bootloader Unlocked : yes"
Will be shown
It only works if you are still on stock ROM or stock based ROM.

Try re-flashing your rom using these settings in flashtool (just using your specific rom).
*You need to ensure "Exclude TA" is clicked*
This should resolve your issue however, if this doesn't then I will be happy to help more.
Leave a thanks if I helped.

Is your bootloader unlocked/unlockable? Your screenshot shows that the device is SIMLOCKED but this can be removed with an unlocked bootloader.

If you unlock your bootloader again you can then (usually) get your phone unlocked using a PC based piece of software. I will look around for a unlocking application. With [x] network 0 you may run into issues but its worth a try. Do you know what network your device would be locked too? Did you flash a generic rom or a branded (network) rom?

You need to flash a generic rom to your device. A non-generic rom can lead to simlock problems.
Also try following @Droid.Riz 's guide very closely.

A generic rom (may also be known as an unbranded rom) is a rom without any network information. They are taken from unlocked/sim free phones.
THIS is the Central Europe Generic Rom. I can look for and find others if needed. (You do need to register for an account there but the guide is well written)

Hi guys,
Does anyone here believe that a tool like s1tools could be written to unlock bootloaders which sony say cannot be unlocked?
I'd like the opinion of devs and anyone that has experience using jtag.
Cheers
It would be great if there is a way to manage to unlock bootloader with status No.

Hai bro
Download latest flashtool, there is an option to unlock bootloader in it..if your device supports unlocking
i don't think it's that easy. and i also read offical method isn't that safe u can end up in a bootloop
Sent from my C1604 using xda premium
Luckily there is something that is called a backup . Just back-up your device, pre-install Flashtool, download a stock .ftf of your device (See my thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2468228). Using flashtool, unlock the bootloader. Turn on your device, see if you're in a bootloop. If so, flash the stock .ftf! (http://www.xperiaguide.com/2013/05/...e-by-flashing-ftf-file-via-xperia-flash-tool/)
Don't mind it saying ''update manually''
Lol there is some risk.involved...but till now I never heard anyone hard bricking their device during bl unlock...

It's too bad :\ It's against open source rules... Operators who lock bootloader are really stupid scums.
I believe it's a hardware issue??? Yes OEM's lock their devices bootloader, but when it can't be unlocked, I believe it's because of the hardware. But please correct me if I'm wrong...

Your assumption is wrong. It has nothing to do with hardware as they can still be unlocked using software.

It can be unlocked using flashtool.
Make sure you have installed
- FlashMode Drivers
- Fastboot Drivers
I recommend you to use OS:
- Windows XP
This process doesn't work properly on Windows 8 because it needs sign on Drivers.
All the best.
I akready tried that but sometimes but it then ask to select device after that it shows that the device cannot be unlocked with official methods..
