Im using beat solo
It doesn't change much. It replaces Sony Mobile's sound enhancements by those from the Sony Electronics (Walkman) team. They're mostly the same since Sony Mobile borrowed the tech from the Walkman team.
You can't improve the sound quality with just software. The dedicated Android Walkmans actually have a proper DAC and quite a good amplifier on board and it's those things that make the difference.

I am doing the new projects to z
1 now, it has a great output volume(but i am not going to integrate the acid since i hates lot of bugs on it

INSTALL:
READ CAREFULLY FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS AND ALL WILL BE FINE!
§1 Remove ALL Third app equaliser (DSP Manager, Market EQ app,...)
§2 Be sure your ROM don't have any other Sound MOD preinstalled
§3 Download AC!D Audio Engine
(You can choose between AROMA and the standard flashable zip, read careffuly the difference between AROMA and SIMPLE)
§4 ONLY if you downloaded SIMPLE ZIP, download walkman player and (if you want) the addon of your choice (Noozxoide for example)
§5 Put downloaded files in a special folder on your SDCARD (or internal storage), you can create an AC!D Audio folder (will be usefull in the future)
§6 Once you have all needed files on your phone reboot in recovery (CWM)
§7 FIRST WIPE CACHE PARTITION AND DALVIK CACHE!!!
§8a AROMA: only after that if you only downloaded AROMA version just flash it and follow instruction, take time to read (really easy installation with good explaination) (don't care about status 0 error showing at the end of installation just reboot)
<<< Do not follow theses steps if you use AROMA go to step 9>>>
§8b SIMPLE UPDATE ZIP: (Walkman is not compatible with any other addon, so you have to choose between Walkman or one of 4 availble Addon)
- AC!D + Walkman: First flash AC!D Audio Engine, Then if you want Walkman (with clearbass, xloud etc) Flash Walkman Addon and reboot
- AC!D + ADDON: First flash AC!D Audio Engine, (DO NOT FLASH WALKMAN!!!), and then flash the Addon of your choice (Noozxoide for example) and reboot

Well, in this case it's not a big deal, I've inspected the zip and it's an Aroma installer, which includes an "universal" version. So probably it's for all roms (which is probably just the way of mounting /system)

Yeah maybe. But the Drivers are made for the s3 speaker. Not for ours.

I have applied Mianogen theme for weekly 9..and i flashed this.. Didnt get me into bootloop..

Sorry but thats not possible bcoz its a completely different app with a different ui and looks. This is the reason it doesnot change or replace stock camera app.

It is an another camera app with effects optimized for xperia, but the AutoHDR apk, i suppose, improves recording quality.
Awesome! Have to admit I was skeptical at first, but it really improves the quality. Just set jpeg quality to superfine, and camera quality to 3 MP. Only problem is the huge size(3 MB,) of the photos. But it's a small price to pay. Thank you!

Download Package on Your Jlo, reboot your phone go in to CWM, Install zip from sdcard or extcard (it depends when you got this file) flash and reboot.

Install:
-Make sure your phone is 100% charged(to be safe).
-Make sure you’re on the 11.1.A.0.68 firmware. If not, flash it(see: Downloads)
-Flash Posiedon Kernel through Fastboot, (see: Downloads)
-Place TurboICS V...(see: Downloads) on your sd card(external or internal, doesn’t matter).
-Place Aroma Zip on your sd card(external or internal, doesn't matter).
-Boot into CWM. When the green led lights up hit the volume rockers a few times.
-MAKE A NANDROID!
-Do a factory reset(hard reset).
-Go to mounts & storage. Format system.
-Mount system and mount data
-Install TurboICS V1.
-Install Aroma Installer - Choose What you Want!
-Reboot

ROM is decent,but I don't know why,the display is very very bad. I mean,suddenly everything is LQ.

supercharge or pure performance maybe
Include the app which lets you install games/gamedata in ext sd
transparent status bar...
replace album app with gallery maybe? album thumbnails data size is too much...(not sure if app problem though)
lock screens!

Status 7 error while flashing after "finished mounting and dumping rom contents"
EDIT; same error while flashing xboost.... something wrong on my part....
MEGA EDIT:i ftf flashed again ...and everythings normal!

i ftf flashed again ...and everythings back to normal!
thanks anyways! (all my 8 thanks got over....)
EDIT;install successful but only black screen with system ui,working lockscreen....no home launcher(z1 installed)
EDIT: fixed it ...install with aroma again...z1 not working...install mini/kitkat or stock launcher
@UltraGamerHD a google search(with google now) app would be nice.....play store one is incompatible(its 4.1+)

If I use the SystemUI.apk from the SS-version of this ROM in XBoosT, will the ugly yellow coloured network signal go away, and my phone will stop whining that my SIM card is SIM1?
If so,since downloading a 250 MB zip isn't exactly efficient or quick, could someone please upload the SystemUI.apk from the SS-version?(special request to @UltraGamerHD) XBoosT for single sim variants has not been released yet.

Description of the mod:
This is the Dolby Atmos sound effect ported from a Lenovo rom. This should work on all devices (starting from Android 4.3) since it is a software effect. It might conflict with other dolby effects you already installed.

Guys It is working you should force stop sound enhancer OR you must Disable it to use Dolby ATM OS, it is latest
Dolby system and working like a charm, loved it.
And you have to select it from walkman settings sound enhancement and choose dolby for always.

Try to disable default sound enhancement and install at least one music player from playstore..
Try to play between two music player and it will works.
I experience this problems too.
After that you can enable back the default sound enhancement(its optional though)

it worked.
used link2sd to disable sound enhancments
and set doloby as default in walkman.
better sound than Viper4android.

Yeahhh..
But in my case, i had to install 3rd party music player and switch between it and walkman to make it works because walkman doesnt seem to recognise the dolby at first

You Force Stopped it or disabled it???

Did you backup before flashing?
Try to flash r5 version and see if its working because r5 is much more stable
Do not flash r6.2 over r5 and vice versa it can cause conflict
Its working now . I have to disable it not force stop . And restarted phn and its working now.
