Definitely PlayerPro. Good organizable easy music player, and it meets your required features.
It isn't free on the play store, but just search 'PlayerPro 2.82 apk download' and download it.
It doesn't need a license verification, so you don't need to be rooted.
I hope you'll like it.

I use lpin player myself and it runs better then most.

Here
1. TTPod
2. ZPlayer
3. Walkman port from Sony Xperia's Rom

Jetaudio

But what application does it want to replace? Its weird. When I try to install it, it keeps saying that it will replace an application. I don't know which one.

Poweramp if you're rooted.
Player pro if you're not rooted.
Nothing else comes close to those two, with Poweramp being the best.

ICS Google Search

Hi all,
I just upgraded my DS to ICS (Stock ROM)... so far so good. But I am having a problem with Google Search. I normally use google search to search for my installed apps rather than scrolling through all the apps (example: click the search button at bottom right of the DS, type 'FLASHL' , and Flashlight pops up in the list and click on it to load the Flashlight app.
Since I upgraded to ICS, google search is not searching for installed Apps. I can confirm that the ability to search for Apps is enabled in the Google Search settings.
Am Imissing a prticular setting? Can anyone help me out?
Thanks
I'm using it in the same way and it's working fine. I have only applications checked in settings.

You could download the ROM that has the calendar app that you're looking for and extract it from the zip then push it to your device.
Brought to you by time and relative dimensions in space.

I don't see any reason why not.
Just be careful what you rename. If an app links to another app, but you change the name, it would likely be a problem.
