Was anyone able to flash it? I got an error during flashing about some files that could not be found located on sdcard. Using TWRP 2.6.3.0. Is there a certain recovery needed for flashing?

Wipe your system, data, dalvik and cache, flash the ROM, again wipe the sh*t and flash the ROM. Fastboot the kernel. I was S-OFF and it worked.

In all installation instructions they always mention CWM recovery so wasn't sure if TWRP is compatible.

What that should be telling you is the fact that most devs likely use cwm.

It's because of the recovery you're using most likely. Is it TWRP 2.4.0?

TWRP 2.4.3!
The latest TWRP fails when trying to wipe the cache. One of the first things the CleanROM installer does is try to wipe the cache, and it fails. Downgrade to an earlier version of TWRP.

i was using 4.1.1 stock rom and stock kernal
am i missing something ?
do i need to install a kernal or is there any other way to fix this
tried couple of roms CM 10/10.1
tried using TWRP 2.3.1.0 , TWRP 2.4.1.0 , TWRP 2.5.0.0 same result
btw i can go back to stock using my nandroid backup without any problems (4.1.1) ,
Thanks.
Is the ROM actually made for the C2 variant? Because you have done everything right, it must just be that the ROM is basically for the wrong phone
By the way, use TWRP 2.3.3.0. Best one.

Thanks for the reply , i have manage to fixed it strange though all i had to did was
instead of using
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot erase cache

use it without the "erase cache" and it works perfectly
no idea why though it works now
I was trying to get back to CM11 from CM12.1.1. I flashed CM11 33R; the flash was successful but it won't boot into system and was giving some process error. I tried to wipe the dalvik cache but no relieve. So I restored the CM12 backup and it was successful too but the OnePlus One went into bootloop. Please help genius minds!
Running Android 5.1.1
BTW, I forgot to mention, I did it via TWRP recovery and not fastboot.

Yes I did a full wipe. Wiped dalvik, data, cache and system. I've downgraded to CM11 before too but this never happened.
My guess would be that the needed firmware and baseband for cm11 were not flashed correctly.
What is your TWRP version?

The TWRP version is 3.0 0-0
The best idea would be to wipe fully (system, data, cache, dalvik cache) with TWRP, then flash the stock images for CM11S.

I'm gonna flash the stock images of CM12.1 YOG4PAS1N0. Do I need to update the Modem/Firmware too (the 9the step of your guide)?
