hiii guys, anybody have a problem with movibg apps to sd card ?? like making device slower ;that's what is happenening with me, I feel my S II PLUS with 4.2.2 getting slower and when I press home to exit an app it's very slow and the luncher gets a laggy.
how to solve the problem ??

it will be slow if you have a slow micro sd card,recommended class 10 above.

I'm looking to get a 16gb card for my phone.
Does the Z series need a fast card like the class 4 or 6 to record HD video or will a slower card make the video choppy, increase write time etc? I have a class 6 8gb card in there now from my Touch HD and the write speed is good for my music on the phone but I was hoping a cheaper class 4 will do for the bigger card.

There are many threads that are already open which discuss the issue of what class SD card that one should get. Might want to read up on those.
I have a 16gb Class 4 card and it is plenty fast for me. No lag on video playback, etc.

Hi I just got a 32gb SD micro sdhc card. I put it in my g2x and in SD card and memory in settings it says empty. If I go to applications and try to move a application over it says SD card is full. I think this is because my internal SD card is full. I didn't know I had an internal SD. How can I move it to an external display. App to SD card doesn't work and sdcard enabler didn't work either.

First dl es file explorer, its free no ads.
Second make sure you don't have some BS cheapo generic card and that the class speed isn't over 6. From Lu own experience higher speeds are redundant and there's really no difference. I have class 4 16 gb Kingston and it works perfect way faster than any normal class2.
If you are royalty confused which is the phone external and which is the onevypu put in, set your phone storage to external take a pic and there you go easy path tobthe right storage folder. Gl

Are you using any roms? What about saving to a SD card? If so, what speed class is your SD card? Sometimes even stupid small things can cause headaches.

By any chance, do you have very little space on the storage that the video is being saved to?
No roms and its stock I have it going to my external SD card 16 gig class 2. The card is empty have nothing on it

Maybe it has something to do with the speed of your sd card (class 2). If you can replace that card with a class 6 or 10 and see if the problem clears.
Hey guys please help if u can this is frustrating me loads.
I have a xperia play which is rooted I got a new 32gb mem card today and I put it in my phone sorted my apps out and stuff moved some to sd card then I noticed they had gone from my app drawer so I re installed them moved them again and they disapeared again. Also my home button has stopped working aswell I use that button most aswell. I have done a factory reset aswell still go the problem and I have just noticed my lock screen isnt there any more. Please help as im in hospital on thursday and wouldnt mind a working phone for while am stuck in a bed lol

were you having these problems before the new memory card? could be a faulty memory card; try swapping with a different one to see if you get the same issues.
No I wasnt having the probs I was using a 16gb sd card I have tryed that same problem persists

Brand and speed of cards?
You may want to check the brand and speed of your cards. Also check to see if the system keeps unmounting the SD card as the USB configuration will do that on a Play. The only reason I had failures is that the cards were not fast enough and were older cards I used elsewhere. Try a new card with a high speed rating.
I just recently installed cm9 on my exhibit ii 4g and everything has been running great, but I just got some pictures sent to me over the texting program that came installed with cm9 and for some reason it's not letting me save them. What's the problem? I have about 800mb free on the phone, 1gb on the internal sd card, and 12gb free on my external sd card. .. This has me soooo confused because I have always been able to save attachments from before I installed cm9 and now this happens??
