I just sold my i9003 to my friend. When he inserts his airtel sim or any other sim and give a network search and click on airtel (or corresponding network) he gets the error message 'Can't connect to this network right now. Try again later' several times in two days we have tried and still get the same error.

My rom : cm 10.1 alpha 9 (Dhiru)
I have tried reinstaling the Rom to no avail. Please note that this problem is only recent. I have been using this rom (cm10.1 a9) ever since its release with no issues, the issue occured only when I changed to a different sim. However, it still works on my sim.

Hey! Running Darkyrom v10.4 and flashed a different modem. 1st one worked but was slow, 2nd one did not work and now I have no service. I went into mobile networks and can't do anything, message saying insert sim card. Is my sim bad from flashing or is there another way to change the apn settings? Thanks, kurt

i'm having a problem with my network... the problem is i'm always disconnected automatically from my HSPA network no matter im' using HSDPA or GPRS but i can use only about 1 to 2 minutes and it's automatically reconnect what should i need to do There is no problem with my network because i tried my sim on another phone and it's work fine and also i tried a different network sim and same thing happened what i have done is flashed the stock rom and baseband and currently on cm 11 4.4.4 please someone help me My phone is LG LU-6200

Go to settings - > more networks
And change GSM only or WCDMA only...

Either your SIM has a problem or the ROM has a problem.
1) Check if SIM works in other phone.
2) Flash a different ROM and check again for network.
3) Check if another SIM works in the Nexus S.
4) If none of the above work then may be your SIM slot has a problem.

I checked 5simcard none of them working when i search network they show carrier but unable to register network after is search for network is complited,flashed over 5custom roms same results!,only time when nexus its been register on network is time when i tryed to heat up conectors of the simcard reader thats worked for some days now its back to old no service!

now i flashed factory image unroot phone bootloader lock al defaults,again same problem :/

I bought a Note 5 which worked fine with China Unicom, the phone was 5.1.1 so I decided to manually update the phone to mm. After the update the phone can make calls, but it can't pick up data signal. I've tried everything from flashing the modem back to 5.1.1 (which was the one that worked, originally) but no dice. I was wondering if anyone had a solution to this. The phone isn't rooted and its constantly trying to activate its voice and data, even though the voice all ready works.
Enter the APN settings manually for your network. The same happened to me on my Unlocked N920P. I entered the APN (Airtel India) and deleted all the others. On upgrading, it will automatically pick up the Sprint APNs. So add a new APN and enter your setting for your network manually.

I bought Note 5 920P from china I use this mobile in Turkey bu we have some problem with this phone
for exampe there is no data over notification panel. Now phnoe android 5.1 I send picture about version.
Now I want to update Android 6,1 Usa Sprint.
Please tell me Is it any problems?

It happened to me too. The first step was the APN. changed the APN manually on mine but still it seemed no data connection was active. On step two I discovered that even the data seems not active, in reality there was a data connection and everything was working, but the icon was not showing due to something missing in the Sprint's SystemUI data connection icons.
So, try to put your apn manually and try and check if there is a data connection, i.e. using the browser to navigate.

Open the notification panel - touch the "down arrow" symbol on the upper right corner to show all the icons and look there must be the data connection icon you're looking for.
As for the update: Updated myself to MM and everything works fine with the exception of 4G. This is not something caused by the update but because the LTE-4G bands the phone works are not compatible. Check yourself @ willmyphonework.net
Flash pure GSM kind of roms.
First go to official MM by ODIN, root it,
Via TWRP, flash Lamlazy ROM or aurora rom which is compatible rom without sprint stuff.

I didn't try yet. but it says N920p supported. If u are on sprint, am not sure how it works.. but GSM should work well.

I faced Problem of Following...
1. SIM 1 working But when its on 3G network Coverage.
2. SIM 2 Also Working but when its on 3G network Coverage.
3. At a Time only any 1 SIM working if Both SIM in 3G network Covarage.
4. I have tried to Start mobile Data Connection but its also not start on Both SIM card Slots.
5. The Data Connection is Turned on When i have Inserted Roaming SIM in any one Slot.
6. I have tried to install Following Stock ROM, But not Fixed.
(1) "XT1033_FALCON_ASIA_DS_5.1_LPB23.13-56_cid7_CFC.xml"

and Some 2-3 more, This all ROM Installed Successfull and Run Fine but not Fixed My issue.
