1.Now,Lewa OS just support English and Chinese.
2.it may take a few minutes to reboot it.
3.when you find status_bar FC,ingore it.
4.if status_bar doesn't work,select System settings->Personal->Toggle->Control Panel->OFF,then set Control Panel value ON.
5. some functions in the rom may be not work in your country.
6.google apps not in the rom.

Please backup your contacts to SD card,for gapps installed by yourself may not work.
The Rom was .zip file ,you need copy it to SD,enter into Recovery and flash it.Wipe data and Wipe cache.

I had use that rom you said.But i found i could not use phone in my daily life ago.
So,i transplant it from lewa official rom.
Maybe they have the same place,but there are difference between them.Now,i use it.
I just share it ,for i have release it in other forum in my country.

no calling bug in the rom expect automatic recording can not work while calling others.
the lewa ROM can be used in daliy life if you do not use the portable hotspot function.

Well my my bad too big mental leap.
I've downloaded gapps form here: http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip
But if it's working for U guys, than will try reflash everything.
edit: yeah after reflashing everything, gapps are working

Hello XDA folks,
I present to you Flashify. My new tool app to help you easily flash and backup your stuff!
With this app you will be able to easily flash boot.img, recovery.img and also .zip files.
To flash .img files, you won't even need to have a custom recovery. Just flash and reboot.
To flash .zip files, you'll need a custom recovery. If you have TWRP you will also be able to wipe cache, dalvik and data.
To help you keep track of your flashing, the app has a recents list, which you can access to quickly flash again.
You can also backup/restore boot and recovery. You will be able to choose between Sdcard and cloud (Dropbox). If you choose Dropbox,
the app will automatically synchronize your backups between devices and installs/uninstalls.
Flash from anywhere! Do you want to flash from your favorite File Explorer? No biggie, that also works together with Flashify. Any other app that opens files will also work with Flashify, seamslessly, for the best user experience.

Hmm that doesn't sound right. Is it a Dropbox or Sdcard backup?

I tested the kernel backup in my xperia u,seems ok,but the size of the CWM recovery is <1kb,so problems there.backup to sd card

Hmm don't use the recovery backup then. Some kind of incompatibility there that can be dangerous!

I am very much into not using extra app for doing stuff in Android. LIKE your way using SWAP. Can you please tell me how do you use swap in Android. I used "Swapper 2" app as well for checking how swap works but can't get it. i know some linux commands. and was thinking about How i symlink the FOLDER to External SD card by terminal in Android, but symlink also don't work from the terminal.
Can you please help me ?

Im not using any app, just use my modified vold.fstab in q/a thread.. that is way to mount external sd as internal..

Boot CWM
Make Nandroid Backup (In Case)
Select install zip from sdcard > choose zip from sdcard
After selecting flashable_cm 10.1_vold_fstab.zip OR flashable_Stock_vold_fstab.zip file select Yes to install
Wait for the flashing to complete
That's it Now Reboot and Enjoy

For Stock Rom -

For CM 10 OR 10.1 -
flashable_cm 10.1_vold_fstab.zip
Only one thing to remember-
don't remove your sd card without switching off your phone
In case you want to go to original vold.fstab

you will get fc's if you move your apps to sd
but as ace plus has lot of memory for apps associated already we don't need to move apps to sd

there is not a single risk in swapping memory
only one thing to remember dont remove your sd card without switching off your phone

yes stock means 2.3.6
you can use it on any rom of 2.3.6 android version

It works, my external was my usb storage. Amazing!!! But got FC on XDA app (never try other app). Do you have problem like this in CM rom?

Can i revert back the mods ??

Some of my games lost the data like temple run, & chaos ring. Never tried other app yet.

data is not lost
the data which was previously in internal memory showed in external
you have to copy data of the apps which saves data in internal storage
move folder to same location as that was previously

thats why i gave you original vold.fstab file
replace the moded file in zip then flash it again and you are now on stock vold.stab

If i flash new rom, it will revert to the original vold.stab or stays on the flash vold.stab?

[FIX] External sd write for n900 4.4.2 KitKat

-Tried in N900 only (stock 4.4.2 rooted), but may work in other versions (backup first)
-Needs a rooted device
-I know the solution has been posted before, i only present the modified file as ready made, ready to apply for the specific model n900 that i have (tested working by me)
-Based on work from this forum and my personal experimentation with Es File Explorer
-Steps:
1-enable root access by Es File Explorer app
2-mount system as read write by Es File Explorer App
3-go to path system/etc/permissions and backup file platform.xml (copy to other location) or rename it
4-past the included file (modified) in the same previous path after unzipping it, it should contain xml extension not rar extension
5-long press on the file then properties and change permissions to rw-r-r root root
6-restart phone
7-done !!!
-Try making a folder in external sd by any third party app as Es File Explorer or Astro File Manager or so and see if it works !!!
-In case of any problems or if you want to return to previous setting simply restore your backup file or the (original) file attached here and restore permissions as rw-r-r root root and restart
-Included file in attachments (modified)
-Also included the original file without modifications drawn from my phone if you want to restore (original)
-Or if you have a custom recovery, you could try flashing the zip file in the second post of this thread, thanks for Dr.Ketan for making the file flashable

May be you are not on my rom then it work partially.
Only option you can try now is flash stock recovery and wipe data with stock recovery.

yes doc but not for long 40% downloaded k5 and my phone will be back on track
there are pretty good reasons why 1 end up at your rom , no doubt your the best

No no I don't mind it, after all we all release different rom so user can have variety. Enjoy whatever you like, it doesn't matter for me. I have just explained bcoz I have made some changes on rom too
