So it can save me some battery life. i cant seem to find the option that lets me set sync interval.

I'm looking for an app where you can set a schedule to execute an app on my phone, for example if I schedule an app to open at 10:30 am, it will execute at that specific time. Is there an app like that ?
Is there also an IM app that does the same thing but for logging in your IM account? um an example would be like this, I'll set a schedule for this IM account to log in at 10:30am, so when 10:30am comes it should log in.

I am haveing a problem syncing my contacts from facebook while using

I might be off on this as I don't use FB ( yea , yea, yea ) . Did you go into FB, and enable contacts sync ? Also on the Device go into Contacts - Menu - Accounts or Display Options make sure FB is enabled for Sync.
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I thought Google purposely did that back on ICS. I had to add a Facebook sync app to my ROMs to get it to work. PS- Google hates Facebook.

One more problem I've found is that when you get to about 30 percent battery life my phone dosent want to sync weather or anything also it dosent want to send messages ( may just be my phone) but as soon as I charged it and did a reboot it worked fully again

Have you checked what your power saver settings are at? I don't think it goes up to 30% but it's worth checking.
Got everything working correctly but for some reason when ever I have a call come in when I switch the call it hangs up on the person I was talking to originaly

i use haxsync and my contacts sync fine
I have 4 email accounts and they all sync 'ed perfectly until this week. Something must have updated, but I cant figure out what. All accounts are POP. Twice, my Gmail and Yahoo email accounts marked 25 emails as Unread. They each are set to load 25 messages, I re-read them and they get set to "read" until I Sync then they get set back to "unread". I deleted the Yahoo email acct & recreated it, and that fixed it, until tonight when it happened again, my unread count is 50 again. I rebooted out of desperation, but I'm still at 50 unread emails. Any ideas?
I sold my iPad for the SGN which was the best techie decision I made in a long time-but that means my support network is not helpful anymore! If the answer to every question is "Buy a Mac/ IPad" I'm going to scream! <sorry for Venting>

Check your tablet email program settings. That's what was wrong when I had a similar issue.
Do you remember the setting you changed to resolve the problem when you had it? The settings on mine look ok and I haven't change anything for a while. Thx.

Updates change settings without meaning to. What client are you using?
The app info says "email 4.0". I looked at all the settings for both Yahoo and Gmail. Didn't see anything odd.

Trying desperately to find an app that will let me control when each app can sync it's data in Internet. For example, I took some photos and Dropbox photos autosync is enabled in the Dropbox app itself but I want it to sync these photos only at 6pm using Mobile data.
I want to be able to control each app's sync activity or make a profile for scheduled time X - at this time only Gmail, yahoo will be able to sync data (even on wifi).

I use now my tablet with mobile data plan and tethering my nexus 5 (nexus sits on wifi state and start to upload photos that I took to Dropbox - I want to be able to disable this sync and other from 8:00 - 16:00 for example). I don't want to disable every app sync every morning.
