I don't believe you can do either with the stock image.
The wallpaper is the same as your homescreen. So changing that would change the lockscreen wallpaper also.

Hi! Just discovered the Weather Wallpaper. Its very cool and nice.
But it only comes after a restart of the phone or manila. I want it to last all the time, like if i slide to another tab and slide back its gone.

I already disabled the weather animation because its sometimes too slow and this is annoying.

On a Razr Maxx HD rooted 4.1.1. Looking for a way to change wallpaper for lockscreen only. I want to use Gesture Lock as my lockscreen, but it doesn't have an option to change the wallpaper. Are there any other apps that will allow it, or is changing the lockscreen wallpaper something I could figure out how to make and flash myself?

I don't know if you have any interest in changing launchers, but MiHome Launcher lets you set separate home and lockscreen wallpapers. It's a very non-AOSP launcher though, so you have to want something different or else you might not be into it.
Thanks for the recommendation, I tried it. Unfortunately, it didn't allow for using a wallpaper on the lockscreen without using their locker, which means I can't use gesture lock. The launcher wasn't all that bad, though, I would have dealt with it.
Anyone know if there is a way to change the lockscreen by modifying the ROM with easy enough steps that I could follow as a noob? I don't mind tinkering, I just really want my lockscreen wallpaper!
Update: I was able to find a solution to the problem. I found an app called "Simple Image Wallpaper Pro". It allows for a different lock screen wallpaper. Problem solved!

This seems like it should be simple! I have changed the wallpaper in Nova to a static image but the lockscreen still shows the Xperia live wallpaper. I tried switching back to Xperia launcher and setting it there but no luck. The lock screen still shows the live wallpaper instead.
Is there any way to set it to a static image?

Settings - personalization - lock screen or alternatively you can just go straight into your photo gallery , choose a pic and from the options select 'set as lock screen wallpaper'

I wanna do the opposite. I've changed the theme and now I can't find a way to make the lockscreen wallpaper to be the same live wallpaper than my homescreen. I'm on kitkat rooted. help please =(

I don't think you can change lockscreen wallpaper to a live one, even rooted.
Hey all,
So I suspected that it wasn't showing a wallpaper on the lockscreen because I was using live ones (forest and muzei), but I just tried one of the stock images and the lockscreen still looks black.
What am I missing?
I am using Nova as my launcher...could it be a conflict with that?

Settings > Display > wallpaper > lockscreen
Edit: or home and lockscreen if you want to set them both at the same time.

I must go to settings-display-change both wallpaper on home and lock screen to change this. Only changing lock screen setting doesn't work, what's that?
Hey, guys. As the title suggest, can be possible to have the S8 clock widget in the lock screen?
Yes it is Possible !
Just download the app Xwidget and search for s8 in the app then install the widget you want,
Now open your lockscreen settings and turn on multiple
Widgets. And then from lockscreen tap your clock and slide , now there will be an option to add new widget, Just select the xwidget and then select s8 clock and that's it!

For the look screen do you need mod. the systemui.apk. Is not possible with install any simple APK.
