how to flash via odin ?? with out losing nothing ??

Hi all... I,m having a s4 intl .. I flashed cm 11 port ( a build from 24 nov) and when i.m trying to get into recovery mode it is rebooting normally. Why? The download mode is working well .. Currently there is no custom roms for GT-S7500T and all variants of ace plus doesn't get the official 4.x.x update...
I also want to flash a custom rom on my gio.but i can't find a rom for my device(Shw m 290k) .already i want to get stock rom for olleh gio.bt unable to find as many gio users said.so if anyone can give a link for shw m290k please help

is this safe ?

Hi,
Please do not install that ROM on your phone.
That is for the i9500 which is completely different from your i9505
