Yes..! you can place that 4.4 Kitkat launcher (GoogleHome.apk) under /system/app and set permissions to rw-r-r and reboot your phone. Upon boot. press home key and you will get 2 launchers choice. One would be your ROMs default launcher and other would be 4.4 launcher. If you want to keep only kitkat launcher then delete ROMs default launcher from system/app. Thats it Also place that other velvet.apk aka google search & PrebuiltGmsCore.apk aka Google settings and set their permissions to rw-r-r. Without these two possibility that launcher could crash.
Additional Info: In Kitkat launcher we can't have blank homescreen page. A new homescreen gets generated only when we try to place widget or app on new homescreen. A blank homescreen page won't create in Kitkat launcher. Complete collection of 4.4 apps available in this Link by @proseray

yes i really like cyanomobile and cyanogenmod r6 but i didn't like the default launcher and i want to change them and make something like Launcher Pro , Zeam Launcher or Nova Launcher as default lanuncher and delete the default app please is there any way to make it ?

First install any other launcher,make it ur default and then remove adw launcher using titanium
Could not find nova launcher on play store !!
NOVA launcher is only for phones with Android 4.0+ (or CM9)

Im not getting i just delwted the tw launcher in sys/app and copied the launcher pro but its just closing when i clear the memory in task manager..i made it default rite then why its closing
1. u can install LauncherPro from playstore/apk and then press home button and then check the box "set as default"
2. or u can try push LauncherPro to system/app using rootexplorer and then delete ADWLauncher then reboot. dont forget to Mount as R/W
Download 'default app manager lite' from store and then select your default launcher

You can do this by modifying the zip of your stock rom in /system/app but only system apps.

Name: Bing ROM
Based on: TurboICS SS (and 11.1.A.0.68 firmware)
For: Sony Xperia E (C1505)
Idea: I would like to "create" a Bing ROM, with Bing's apps; without Google's apps, Facebook's apps, Twitter's apps and Timescape's apps.
For now i have removed some apps, and i have added:
Hacker's Keyboard
CyanogenMod calculator
CM Browser
Bing Search
YouTube
ES File Explorer
No-frills CPU Control
Greenify
And i have create a very simple bootanimation (/system/media/bootanimation.zip).
I have 2 question:
For include apps, i have to put .apks simply in /system?
Can i rename the .apks?
Install
Download and flash through Flashtool: 11.1.a.0.68 firmware
Download and flash through Flashtool the Poseidon ICS
Download ROM and copy in your phone
Boot into recovery:
Advanced >> Wipe dalvik cache
Wipe data/factory reset
Mount and storage >> Format /system
Mount and storage >> Mount /system
Flash ROM
Reboot system now

some more suggestions if you are trying to make something AOSP styled
1) add nova launcher or Google now launcher
2) check themes and apps ultagamerhd has provided a AOSP styled systemui for e single (ics but I think you will need to deodex for that)
3) you can also add nexus sounds or cyanogen mod sounds
and take a look on other ROM's to get ideas

I forgot to include the launcher (Holo Launcher HD); then I had tried to "create" a new version with Flashable Zip Creator v2.0.
I had flashed it but have an infinite loading.

no idea try this :
1) take any Rom zip which is made fier your device
2) create a copy of it somewhere else.
3) open zip now delete everything inside system folder (not system folder)
4) create a folder named app in system
5) put apk in that app folder and try flashing
keep calm and call J.A.R.V.I.S

I'm very happy than you're curious.
Fire JB is a Termin V3.5 with alternative app (for example, it have Apollo no Walkman) and without all Facebook, Twitter and Timescape's apps. I'm not a developers, I'm doing my best.
Now I'm working on it; when I finished I uploaded it. But MatsPunt is banned? If that is so who should I ask for permission?

to change simple pngs or images( not .9 pngs) you dont need to decompile it but both works
launcher moded from Xperia Z3
no framework changes required, just simply remove previous Home.apk from /system/app
and then either install like a normal apk (sometimes installer just keeps on going, somewhere around a minute or something it should be installed) or move to /system/app and set permissions as rw-r-r
Install No-Root Manually just like any other app
Caution : - Installing Manually Might Not get you Transparent statusbar and navbars (without home already in system)
Please Report All FC's/ bugs with screenshots/logcat if possible
This will work on most non-xperia devices as well
DO NOT FORGET TO WIPE HOME DATA

I totally agree with you regarding the misplaced dock icon on the home screen but I disagree with for making folders in drawer , just drag any app over the other one you will get a folder .

Hey there everyone! So here are some of Lollipop apps themed to look like Marshmallow icons.
I've also thrown in a look alike Marshmallow launcher.
The instructions are simple:
1- unzip the file.
2- replace all apps.
3- set the correct permission (rw-r-r)
4- reboot And enjoy!

It's okay bro, move the apps that you see inside the folder, for an example move Smusic to privapp then Smusic and replace it with the original app you have there. As for the launcher move Lib and Touchwiz home inside the folder Touchwiz home zero to privapp Touchwiz home zero, for lib the permissions should be Rwxr-xr-r as for all the apks set the permissions as Rw-r-r
