Title speaks for itself lol. I have been looking around and was looking to purchase for my mom. Would the phone work on Metro, also would 4G work to?

will samsung galaxy nexus value go up?

since google no longer sells the unlocked gsm samsung nexus, does anyone think the value will possibly go up on Dealextreme?
I don't think so. Since the launch of nexus 4, the only wayvi can see someone paying more for the GN is if he desperately craves LTE. So in US it might go up, but in other parts of the world, very slim chance

I thought GNex is still only a HSPA+ device, same as the Nexus 4. Or am I wrong?

Hahaha...don't you just love predictive text? Yeah, I actually have my sights set on a unlocked Samsung Nexus I9250 that I found on Amazon. I can always get a Bluetooth keyboard. I know, I know....no discount. It's just that I don't feel like adding the required $30 data plan as I really only browse xda and emails. I have wifi at home so it's not something I need.
It's either that or the Samsung Galaxy Relay...but then I need to add that damn required data plan. Ugh....damn you T-Mobile!!!
The nexus 4 is so nice. It's is far nicer than the sg3 love this phone

WiFi tethering

So just got this bad boy and activated with spring, was wondering if the WiFi tether works out of the box... If not I hope a work around comes soon.

Sooo if you just got it and activated it with Sprint, did you root and then try it out?

Is it ONE ROM for ALL

Im used to always having to buy sprint phones and I've had the nexus S 4G and Galaxy nexus 4G both for sprint and roms were completely separate from the GSM/unlocked versions. My question is does the US version D820 use the same roms and everything as the D821 version. My nexus 5 from sprint is In my mailbox and I'm on a 16 hour drive home from from a wedding. But I plan to unlock and root the min that box is opened. Thanks in advance

Short lived life for my nexus 5

I have had a bad experience with T-Mobile witch is causing me to sell my nexus 5 . since I have a grand father plan unlimited data T-Mobile said they don't support my nexus 5 until I change my plan to a new one with throttles. As much as I love her its up for sale. 32gb nexus 5 . just thought I'll share ..why is T-Mobile doing this !!!

FYI, I read a while ago that tmo plans to move every one off of those plans and "bring them into current pricing." Might be worth keeping the phone and just changing to a current plan. You can still get unlimited w/no throttling. I have unlimited every thing for $70 w/ no contract and I don't think anything is throttled. You would have to do it at some point, might as well look at what will work for you. Good luck!

T-Mobile still has unlimited data without throttling, why not go with that?

This. i dont understand what you mean by unsupported.
my nexus 5 works quite fine on tmobile.
How much are you selling it for?:silly:
How would T-Mobile even know what phone you are using? I mean obviously it will show on the network but I highly doubt they are flagging nexus 5 phones and making sure only some people are using them.
