Hey, Please guide us how to flash this official MiUi,
is it flash-able and wipe-able from your version of TW Vengeance?
do we need to perform anything special?
ohh yes I hope the backup will work on official too...
and yes once on Official, will it be easy to flash your version of JB based Vengeance TW... Please guide

This is how I did it.. (I was on Gerretts tw miui rom..)
* Was'nt sure about emmc safety on phils kernel so I flashed hydraCore kernel and restarted CWM
* After that do a full wipe
* Wipe cache
* Wipe dalvik cache
* Flash Rom and reboot..
Backup and restore works fine without any problems!
I presume the same method will work when he releases his Note 2 port..

Phils Kernel is Brick free
From latest ve TW to official MIUI should work without a full wipe .
MIUI Backups should work on all MIUI Version.
From Official MIUI to JB based you need a full wipe.

After flash kernel, MTP is not supported. Flashing Maxfu Hydracore 7.6.2, Ram decreased to 766MB

This is CWM zip and its a full rom not just the deodexed app and framework folder

I prefer DDLK2 over DDMD1.. Because DDMD1 and DXLL1 are having issues with kernels other than stock ddmd1/dxll1 kernel

Thank you, it's what I've been looking for! Just have one problem. Before I flashed this rom, I was on Repencis 3.5 Advanced with Merruk Kernel. I flashed it, and it went successfully. Just one problem, though. I still have Merruk Kernel, but I want to go back to stock. How do I do this? Do I have to flash a stock firmware with odin, and then flash this deodexed zip?

Really nice thread, it's very useful. But can you make also an european stock rom deodexed, like XXLD5? Because in my country I had some problem with Asia's Firmware.
I tried to deodex them, but I failed (I don't know why)...

Download ROM
Copy file to SD card
If you don't have CWM installed,Download Philz recovery (avoid latest v) from here and flash using Odin with PDA tab.
Reboot to recovery (Vol up + Home + Power)
Select data wipe factory reset (you will lose data)
Select Install zip from SD card and navigate to ROM file you copied
Flash
Reboot. (This is Indian based ROM and it may send 1 SMS on registration (this is by samsung on all Indian ROMs)
If you are unable to switch On wifi, download reboot & Wifi fix and flash using Odin

You are the one doc.Is it possible to downgrade to 4.1.2 ?

for your custom rom v6 we neded to use philz recovery v5.* , for this rom we need v6 and if yes , do we just install v6 over v5.* ?
Does this rom with using your multitool create the same custom rom as your v6 ( if we use your note3 package ofcorse ) or is there still a big difference then compared to your custom rom v6?

Philz V5 is recommended
Multitool will help to make near to my rom, still you may miss some mods.

I am not by any means an expert at this, but I think a full wipe is needed as this ROM has a new base. To maximize its potential and easily single out problems, your best chances are in a full wipe. Just my opinion, I'd choose stability over a few minutes of tweaking. :good:
Just a question Dr. Ketan, is there a 4-way reboot mod compatible with this base?

I think 4 way reboot available with note3 pack have you check it?

There is New ota Update with build no. "NH3" there was some changes in some file .. what were the changes?? i dont know it was done by Samsung..

I thought there is front camera issue fixed, but nope.
it still has front camera 1.9 MP (1:1) issue.
I think samsung didn't realized about this issue.

Flash the firmware again using odin H3 as there is problem in ur camera firmware

H3 is more stable and lag free bro. These minor updates change kernel (at least) resulting in better hardware control. Consequently, your device becomes smoother.

U must have to download the latest firmware for your country
1/ go to sammobile.com
2/ there will be an option to download firmware..select your device and then select your country and your phone product code...remember....confirm all the things...
3/ the page where u find the download link has all the steps given below it...just follow it.....
If u have any problem,then please ask...i am always there to help u....
Afterwards download the latest root package for the nh3 firmware

I would suggest u that u wait for few days... The developer of the rom himself will bring u with an update with latest firmware... This is for stock rom while u have a custom rom...

Now we can taste on new flavor of MIUI V7 with fully working S Note and S Pen functions well on our N900. It is based on TouchWiz 4.4.2.
Please help to fix this ROM to bug-less together.

Kernel: Lidroid kernel [4.4.2] [V2.4] for MIUI

How to flash:
1. Download and Copy it to your External Memory
2. Go to recovery to wipe data and factory reset, wipe cache, & wipe dalvik cache
