I wasn't aware there was a difference. I know different ROMs have the bootanimation.zip in different folders.

Using Root Explorer/Astro/etc go to the file. Make sure you are mounted in r/w mode, press and hold the file, selct "permissions" from the menu that pops up, and select the appropriate check boxes, then "ok" out of the menu.

Sorry, could not understand what you are sying....
if you wants to know installation then...unzip the all clock style.zip. there you will find 7 .zip file for xRecovery installation. place them to ur sd card & go to xRecovery mode & select install custom zip from sd card option.

i can defo confirm the green/white circle (that moves along) is 0dea54dc_manila but the other file the other guy said is not the line. i've had a look at all the manila files in png form and theres a few that resemble the line your after, i'd like to change this also so if anyones in the know, please let us know.......
edit: whats the line bud...?

i just tried changing the line colours but instead of changing to red and blue the lines totally gone now..... any ideas what could be the cause...?. the original manila file has things back to normal but i dont understand why my edited file makes the line dissapear......

Having a brainfart here. I am using Root Explorer. What is the filepath to the Downloads folder? I put some files in the /Storage/Emulate/0/Download folder using Root Explorer, but cannot pull them up with the Downloads UI.

But I am putting files in that folder from another folder with Root Explorer, and the Downloads UI is not picking them up.
Edit: Root Explorer is a paid version of a file explorer that I have been using for years.

Ya, like El Daddy said above, I dont think thats possible. I believe the downloads app will only show files that were actually downloaded through the phone.
