And now my phone is stuck in a bootloop. I can access TWRP but ADP fails so I cant push any files. What are my options?

Have you tried restoring the stock recovery and erasing cache?

Flash with adb in fastboot: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img and when finished fastboot erase cache and after that fastboot reboot.
Stock recovery can be found in the factory image (recovery.img).

STOCK RECOVERY
Solved:

Followed this thread, recovered to factory, redid root, rebooted completely, then installed super su, rebooted, factory erase, and now everything is good.

No, I didnt try rooting it before, I just tried unlocking it. After recovering and flashing factory images, I did root, using chainfires tools. Worked perfectly for me.

edit: got it. used the flash-all.bat from the factory image (flashes via fastboot)

It says it missing a MD5 File and says theres an error in the SD card/download/ the cm 10 file.
What am I doing wrong? Thank you
Make sure the Rom is for our phone and check the md5 sum it might be a bad download
I've tried redownloading the file several times and I'm still getting the same error message.
I'm downloading CM10 from here http://get.cm/?device=endeavoru

Wrong version, endeavoru is the international (Tegra3) One X. Our phone is code named evita.
Just stick to the Development forum here, to avoid flashing ROMs for the wrong version of the One X:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1726
Thanks for the information.
Was able to successfully flash to CM10 but I'm stuck at the CM10 boot screen. Circle going counter clock wise around. What should I do?

If you flashed an international rom, there's a good possibility you messed something up. Factory reset, wipe /system, and try flashing the correct CM10 rom again.
Ok. I'm trying to do a factory reset from bootloader but whenever I do, it goes to the CM10 boot screen where I was earlier. How can I do a factory reset?

A guy I was working with had the boot screen splash. If you've flashed the correct one, then wipe your caches. if that doesn't work reflash.

Don't do it from bootloader, it can corrupt your sdcard. Do it from recovery.
Go into recovery, wipe cache, dalvik cache, factory reset and system. Then install the CORRECT rom.

How can I reflash?
Thanks
-edit-
I was able to get back into TWRP. There I tried to do a factory reset but it tells me it failed. And after installing CM10, do I have to go back into bootloader and flash boot.img from the CM10 nightly zip file?
And there goes my stock rom... Factory reset is not working on TWRP and tried system reset thinking it would get rid of CM10 but instead erased my stock rom.
Please help, need a working phone soon..

There are stickies and tuts around here for this.. but, the reason why it's not working for you is you didn't flash the boot.img first. before you installed the .zip. Also, you'll need the latest gapps for that ROM as well.
Not familiar with the forums around here, so if you could link me some of these stickies or tutorial it would be great.

I have this problem. i went to the thread you posted, loaded TWRP, I've factory reset and what not, but now I'm stuck in TWRP without any real viable options. When I try to reboot to system, it brings me back to TWRP menu.

Do you have a rom flashed? If so, wipe both caches and reboot. If that doesn't work, reflash and do a system wipe from TWRP.

If you try factory reset, the phone WILL get struck in boot loop. Get the TWRP 2.4 recovery, its official, and flash it using fastboot. Then, use a stock rom by jaggy jags, or cm9 or cm10.

MY device isnt rooted..Help now..without S-off how will able to install recovery
Follow the guide on how to root the explorer by jaggyjags and than follow the procedure of install recovery and ROM as per your convenience.

No S-Off necessary...
Unlock your bootloader via htcdev.com or anything...
Follow the tutorial by jaggyjags...
Instead of using A310E Recovery.zip's recovery.img, download the latest TWRP 2.4 recovery and flash it using
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Click to collapse
Then, flash any custom ROM of your choice...
And remember, don't factory reset your mobile in the bootloader after unlocking your bootloader. It will cause bootloop.
P.S.: S-Off is necessary only when you need to write to partitions other than /data , /system and /recovery. Since ROM flashing doesn't go beyond the /system partition, it (s-off) isn't necessary.
Another P.S.: We don't have S-Off for our device yet.

Check if you still have an IMEI listed in About Phone - Status. TWRP seems to be crap as I've seen people talk about it wiping their EFS folder with a factory reset which it shouldn't do.
Huh? Who said twrp does this?

Use twrp 2.6.3.4, no problems. Op, check your apn

You wiped the radio firmware, its a easy fix
Flash and restore device to stock. this will install the radio and all stock images for the nexus 5
your device is now unrooted and locked bootloader. Check and confirm Mobile network
re root, unlock, install custom recovery.
flash custom rom and enjoy.
Thank you so much, flashed stock rom....now mobile network is available...
thank you for your support

So I had my phone rooted, with TWRP recovery, and today I've received a notification for 5.1 update, and when I pressed Install and reboot, it rebooted directly into TWRP, so I can't update it (or didn't find a way). Is there any way to update it now without wiping data?
There's a whole thread on the ota process in the general forum. You should read it. The ota will not work with a custom recovery. You need the stock recovery which you can install using fastboot. There are other requirements too. You have to be 100% stock system, kernel and recovery.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using XDA Free mobile app
Just flash the ota zip via twrp you will loose all root and your system modifiactions which are reversible!
