I need to enable bluetooth 4.0 on this Samsung Ativ S. I've been doing some research and it's not clear for me if I need to upgrade firmware or I'm missing Windows Update. This is the current configuration:
OS Versión: 8.10.14203.306
Firmware revisión number: 2424.13.5.1
Hardware revisión number: 15.15.1.0
Radio software versión: 2424.13.5.1
Radio hardware versión: 13.04.19.21
Chip SOC versión 1.5.32
I don't have too much experience flashing ROM on cell phones, but If you provide me some hints, I can start researching.

I have bought a tab from smart tab malaysia model:Q3+
The tab has bricked. Now I want to flash it with the correct rom of it but faled to find. Here is the detailes of this tab.
*Two camera *Baseband version 5.0.9
*Android version 4.0.4
*CPU*A13/1.5Ghz
*RAM*800MB/DDR3
*Storage*4GB
*Screen Size
*7 inch TFT LCD
*Capacitive Multi Touch Screen
*Camera 2.0 Megapixels
*Support WI-FI 802.11B/G
*Support Huawei 3G Broadband (U-Mobile/DIGI/MAXIS/CELCOM)
*It has not any sim card slot.
The board id of it is : Q88E-V1.1
I was found FORFUN_Q88E_V11_404IMM76D20130 for it but that was corrupted.
Please recommend me a rom for it.

Great work!The rom runs smoothly on my e330l (rom and kernel ver 4/12). However, I encounter the following bugs:
- The camera does not work. I've tried 3rd party camera apps like Google Camera, Open Camera or A Better Camera with no luck. I saw in the first post that I can use the 3rd party camera apps.
- SD card does not show up in Windows Explorer when I plug the phone into my PC via USB cable. Internal Memory does show up.
What should I do? Thank you.
Edit: I also cannot make a call. I can send and receive SMS fine and when I call/ receive call from others, the line connects but I hear nothing from their end.

Yes. 3rd party camera works now but not the stock Samsung camera, hence, no hdr.

Hello gugu0das, I tried all your ROMS (S5 and S7E) but I would prefer if the S5 was G900M port instead of G900S because the bootanimation is very bad and there are some useless SKT apps...

No, the bluetooth version is embedded in the radio hardware, not a part of installable software/firmware. Besides, Bluetooth should be backwards compatible with older bluetooth devices/versions.

Looking at all the posts that have ROMS available, I am confused as to select which one.
I am looking for a stable release of the most latest version possible which will perform the following.
1. Removed Bloatware
2. Improved Performance
3. Updated Youtube and Youtube Kids
4. Wi-Fi should work
I saw quite a few ROMS however, some are saying that they only work Snapdragon versions, some degaswifi mentioned which is a new word for me.
I would appreciate anyone who could assist in selection. I am familiar with the process of getting root access and installing TWRP.

I have searched for the same thing, but the android version no longer supports youtube, I have to use an alternative client. NewPipe is good.
As for the ROM, I use "cm-11-20211124-UNOFFICIAL-degaswifi", it has a slightly updated part.
DEGASWIFI is the code name of the tablet.
