Nope , coz miniapps framework are hardly binded to touchwiz framework.And as long as sammy keep the twframework closed source developers can't port it to AOSP

The latest movies & Walkman are awesome as I saw on some Xperia phones.

I turn off the transition animation scale in the developer option. Then, I reboot my phone but when I click the android version, it is still the same easter egg.
Delete the existing one......set transition animation scale to 1

I am using micromax canvas juice a177...with it's built-in rom... But eggster is not working on my phone... I have already changed the transition effect to 1x...but the easter egg remains same... & if you are suggesting to delete previous easter egg,,, pls. Tell me to how to do that!!!! Pls. Help me!!!!
