Its the hardware which is configured up to 800Mhz.. And programs in kernel force it to 1Ghz...so sometimes hardware fail to do that.. So everything crashes and phone goes into ram dump...

Well im not sure if u can flash custom kernel without unlocking bootloader! Search somewhere! If u cant do that then there is no other option to remove lags Sorry!

Yeah... Right now I'm using viper4android and it just seems to boost it a bit but I heard that acid works better anyway I have stumbled upon a thread on how to install cwm for locked bootloader, but you have to downgrade back to ics and only then you can have it. So i would like to ask do you really need to clean something before downgrade, because I heard that if you don't you get a bootloop.

Yeah you must clear ur dalvik cache and yeah you can unlock ur bootloader to get the most from ur phone i sent u a message...Read ur PMs....
