My LG Optimus 3D cannot read any sd card and some issue

Hi there
first i have p925 and i install on it V21E rom then the phone become P920 then i install acura 3dmax and the sd card cannot be detected and i try another sd card and the same problem and i have some force close on it and the battery is drain fast (if i use the device 5 mintus it drop about 10% )
any help please ans what the best rom for battery

enter recovery partition and wipe cache then change the kernel.

thanks for your help but that dosent work i try 3 diff kernal and dosent work

Is it only external sd or both?
if just external could be hardware failure if both its the flash kdz and try installing a custom rom again.
does it detect the sd in recovery?
if yes/no do the above
i think the p925 uses v20p last i checked there was a 20p version

no the external SD only and the sd cannot be detected in recovery
I have tried install V20P and then try V10E and all dosent working
the problem that the SD card was working when i buy the phone A week ago then i update it from 2.2.2 to 2.3.5(V20P)
then i install V21E(P920 Rom)

yes for at&t and other i have tried to install and the sd card dosent work

Send it in sounds like hardware I woulda gave up long ago that's just me

Have you tried going back to 2.2? If you have the p925g it's actually the LG Thrill. There is a thread in the thrill forums for returning to stock and has downloads for all the thrill firmware

Yes i have tried to go back to 2.2 and the SD card still dosen't work

Have you tested the sd cards to make sure they work? Try it in a computer or a different phone.

I got the same problem. My previous android version is 2.3.5. Then I install ROM android V4.x. My P920 work correctly except detect external SD card. It show "Blank SD Card or has unsupported file system". I try install many android V4.X rom but it still the same problem. My SDCard and Hardware is not damage. Due to I can use them to Back/Restore/Install in bootloader.
Any one can advise be to fix this problem?

I had the same SD problem. Solved it by removing the back cover and pressing down near the lower right corner of the SD slot. I think a connector was loose. I had it connected to the PC with a card inserted so I could see if it worked. Give it a try.

From 2.2 to 2.3 Problems (wifi) n (pin)

hello recently i update from 2,2, to 2.3 with kdz files ( i tried V21E V21A and v21d )
and accrued 2 problems 1st problem was wifi reception was really badly sometimes could not connect even at a very close distance
then i tried to flash some roms both thaiz and acura and some more i found
the roms was for GB baseband ( i had a 2.3 baseband since i update with kdz files ) so when i flash a rom with clockworkmod
the phone opens and did not ask for pin number and could not connect to operator and said something like organizing bla bla
any ideas ??
so i downgrade to 2.2 baseband ( latest v10k ) and flash a acura rom for 2.2 baseband and works like a charm
any ideas guys ? for 2.3 updates

no one has this problem ??

thanks for the reply but i already used it
i believe my phone is not Greek but German or something else from EUrope
in the past was a site from official LG where at the end of the link you put your EMEI and it tells you from where is your phone
unfortunately the link in not working either the site where downloading kdz files
so i think i have to try something like open europe kdz or not know
by now i have flashed the basebands kdz over 10 times with not luck

i flashed almost every kdz for GB
also i tried to flash bin files (same problem) (f*** wifi)
the pin problems are not more but wifi problem still exists
i also tried the official method through lg but same problem
i guess i have to stuck to Froyo
but i also guess that i am going to get rid of this phone and never again buy Lg phone
my next will be for sure galaxy s2 or s3 maybe

yesterday i communicate with a guy having the same problem with me
and told me with ics problem solved
so i guess i will flash ics besides some known bugs

I have to say english is not my first language so maybe that's part of the problem. My mobile is new, and has the 2.2 installed (from the package), I want to install ICS (the xsball one) to install darkrom afterwards. I think most of the problem comes from drivers or something. I've tried to flash ICS using smartflashtool and lg flashtool. Smartflashtool doesn't recognise my cellphone, and LG Flashtool asks me for a pass and user. I've been searching a lot on the forums and can't quite get the easier way to do it.
Any help?

Hello,i have some problems also,my phone cant turn on now....except i use wall charger or usb...but the screen only stuck in a battery charging logo....do u have any solutions?

Well, thanks to berni big help I got it all working. Now I only have a doubt related to Baseband. I think I don't have 3g because I only see an R on the top (not H or 3g or anything) and internet goes slooooow. That looks like a BB problem. I checked with getril and what I see is:
Ril: UNKOWN and a bunch of numbers
Baseband recommended LGP920AT-V21D
and below:
LGP925 V10E
So I don't know wich BB I have.
Any help?

[Q] Debranding Xperia U

Hi friendz
I recently bought an Xperia U tim branded phone
and i inserted an airtel sim in it and it just worked fine
then later i removed the airtel sim and inserted my aircel sim to make use of aircel 3g
but then i cant acces internet in the play store or any other preinstalled apps
bt the internet can be accessed by using only UC Browser or Opera Classic
other apps show an error called as Eroor 403
then i flashed my phone using the flash tool and the generic ginger bread ftf file
an updated my cell to ics version using the SEUS
Now my phone is working fine if i use the airtel sim
bt the same problem exists if i use the aircel sim .......
plz help me friendz
plz provide me links for the ftf files

Try to root, unlock bootloader, and flash custom rom. And see the result, hope it help.

Thnx for ur reply dude bt i just flashed it with the same generic ftf and made an repair using SEUS and now my phone jst works fine with the official ICS 4.04
I havent rooted it or unlocked the boot loader
Bt i am going to root my phone very soon
Bt i dont know if i should unlock my boot loader and all

Unlock bootloader is needed when u want to flash custom kernel. For example, to flash cm10 u need to use custom kernel. So that is the point.

You can go to sonys official website and use repair my software option ...this is the best safe way to make your mobile work ...and it doesnt have sideeffects too

If u want ur phone stable, stick with stock, if u wanna different ui + performance go for cm10.

Hey guys, I had a Korean version lgsu760 but somehow accidently i deleted system file , so then the phone is not booting , can I install new official ICS without any bugs (like camera upside down) if so how pls

you told us you have the su760 and a official update, so there can´t be up side down
or have you a 920 ?! or a wrong kdz ?

I have su760 Korean version, can I flash official ICS to my phone without any prob, i got no official update
Previously I installed the ics p920 ROM to my su760 all I done well but the camera is upside down & the back button work as search button How to fix those or iscthere any ICS ROM I can use without any bugs.

I flashed my phone according to that, but when I reboot the phone it get stuck on lg logo &
below that says "security error" , then the phone shutdown. I can't even log in to recovery mode or download mode !
What to do plsss help?

what i say, there are a lot of Guides here, and they work.
maybe you do anything wrong

Yes you cab but then use a universal launcher then the 4 buttons for p920 and 3 buttons for su760 wont interfere with u using the phone

My god! Cant anyone help this guy correctly?
Open your lgupdate software, connect your phone and Watch the problems dissapear. You shouldnt flash any p920 rom.
