Do you mean you can't mount USB storage from recovery? If so just push the ROM.zip to your sdcard using adb.
adb push rom.zip /sdcard
Thats what I do.

Reflash ROM. So reboot to recovery, flash zip and choose full wipe in aroma installer. Then if you s-on fasboot flash the boot.img.
!!!!!!This will wipe all your data on the phone, excluding sdcard. So make back up first!!!!!!

Do you mean you currently have s-on and supercid and are trying to use facepalm to get s-off?
If so I had the same problem with HBOOT 2.15. The solution was simply to do a total power off then power back on (Not simply a reboot). Then I no longer got error 99.

I don't mean anything technical! Literally turn it off and manually turn it on again. So choose the power off option when rather than the reboot option.

[Q] Bootloop - Can't get into recovery

HOX is in bootloop. I could not get it to boot into TWRP or anything but bootloader.
I tried pushing a new boot.img in FASTBOOT. Nothing.
I tried pushing a newer version of TWRP in FASTBOOT. Nothing.
I relocked the bootloader and ran the RUU, which installed fine. Still stuck in a bootloop.
Any ideas?

Sounds like you need to wipe all data. Don't know the commands though, sorry. But Android is Linux, so
rm /data/*
rm /cache/*
could work, not sure how to do it through adb.
Make sure you're using files for the S4 evita One X. If you're pushing recovery etc for the Tegra One X, they aren't going to work.
So are saying that you can get into bootloader but not recovery? did you select recovery from bootloader? i know it is a silly question, but you did not mention it...also did you try to manually get into recovery by holding power+vol up+vol down and then letting go power once the phone vibrates? if all else fails, grab the RUU file from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2156368 once you get to the black screen that says htc

That's your problem. You have to unlock again to push a custom recovery.
And what happens when you select fastboot or recovery? It should not be a boot loop since it is not booting into the os. Sorry of you already answered, reading from phone worked a double shift

I'm aware of that. You've done nothing but run the RUU at this point? You might try running it again. It should not be bootlooping if it installed correctly, since that replaces everything on the phone.

If you are after MaximusHD firmware, you should also reflash TWRP or other recovery for villie, and ...
Actually if it would me who want go back, I would use original RUU (that one that can be easily S-Off, SuperCID and so on) so
1) Do HBOOT down grade
2) oem lock
3) flash original RUU
You do not need remove S-Off or SuperCID so only if original RUU will removed them you will need to do it again.

They should not, but if they will gone you have to have a known way how to return them. So I suggest to return to those settings from which you have started. If it was HBOOT 2.15 then flash 2.15 if it was more early release flash that one. If you did your S-Off and SuperCID from this RUU then flash it if not then download exactly that that you already S-Offed.

Horrible mistake by going s-on before running a RUU.
Try using fastboot commands like in post # 68 of that thread.
Fastboot that recovery and the boot img. Sideload the Rom via twrp. Maybe you can get it running.

I installed the maximus rom for htc one s,i installed the firmware for it,flashed the rom,i did everything but i went to recovery and it said 48mb storage. When i was using the rom i mounted it from the android its self and deleted the os(I was panicking). I read online and it said u have to install the recovery from the install package . So i installed the recovery file and got it back to normal. Today i panicked and put it on s-on. Then i tried adb side loading a rom and i couldn't figure it out so i went to fastboot usb and i did "fastboot flash zip Energyrom.zip" it didn't work and said failed so i went back to recovery and it is 48 mb again.I reflashed the recovery but that didn't work . probably you had installed the faulty twrp which messes up the emmc after using wipe options
did you try to use a ruu.exe?

i can't find one for your firmware version
AFAIK there doesn't exist an ics ruu.exe for south korea
if you are on S-ON you can use something being called goldcard to bypass the security and use the gb ruu.exe
if you are on S-OFF change your cid to supercid and use whatever ruu.exe you want
