You can't do that because it would violate android specifications.
Android is designed to support different combinations of screen size and density. Android uses 160dpi as a medium density or mdpi (This is the baseline density).
You can find more info of this in android developer site:
developer [DOT] android [DOT] com/guide/practices/screens_support.html

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that you can change the DPI of your device by editing the build.prop file located in: /system/build.prop. Look for the line that starts with "ro.sf.lcd_density" and change the number to the density that you want. Hope this helps!

First of all this doesn't belong in General.
I already did the boot animation here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2788324
Lock screen is framework specific and no one has done it yet.

Hey..
Try this tutorial.
Its about editing build.prop via adb..
Set your DPI back to 160 by following the above tutorial.
Also remember that TouchWiz will not show right if
you change the universal dpi. A lot of the
Samsung apps, the dialer and the launcher itself
will be messed up.
Options are use an aosp rom, or Xposed and app
settings if they work in his device, and change
dpi for only certain user apps.
thanks to my buddy @KJ for the info.
Cheers.
