I've had a hard time finding any good fonts for the Sensation aside from what you get with Venom Tweaks, but I've always been more of an AOSP guy anyway. So, I grabbed Roboto Condensed (aka Sense 5/HTC One font) from Google Webfonts and threw together this zip.
Just flash from recovery and reboot; you can wipe cache+dalvik just to be safe, but you should be fine with no wipe.
This has been tested on Albinoman887's CM10.2 ROM but honestly it should work on any ROM or device as long as you have busybox and your fonts are in /system/fonts. Needless to say, I still recommend that you make a nandroid backup in case anything goes wrong, or you just want to change back to the default font.

The theme is Gem Flat and yeah; same font as KitKat.

That's weird I'm not sure why its not working for you; I use 4ext as well and it worked fine for me when I was using revelation. All a flashable font zip does is push the new fonts to your /system/fonts folder and replaces the default (roboto) - so it should work on any ROM that uses roboto as the default. If you want, you can just extract the fonts from my zip and manually copy them into /system/fonts/ using a root file manager, then wipe cache and dalvik and you should be good. I'd make a nandroid just in case though.

I use Absolute System on the market. Fonts change perfectly on my Sensation. Over 250 fonts!!! https://market.android.com/details?id=com.canvs2321.absolute.system&feature=search_result
The Revolution fonts you flash through recovery and that changes all your fonts or you can use Font changer https://market.android.com/details?id=com.martino2k6.fontchangerlite&feature=search_result which then you can choose specifically which fonts you want to change. Ex. lockscreen font or the system fonts etc. But for that you would also need the font on your phone which you can get from anywhere but my favorite site would be http://www.dafont.com/ Good luck flashing and what not.

The method I use, is extract the zip, go in it to system, fonts in the folder, and copy the files to system root. Fix the permissions there, then move to fonts folder. Reboot, and u good.
3 methods :-
Flash the zip file from recovery ( same way you flash the rom, but make sure your font is a flashable zip )
Use TypeFresh from the market.
Navigate to /system/font and replace as you like.
( you could also adb push fontname.ttf /system/font )
( also make sure when youre replacing the font, the names are identical. It's case sensitive )

Ok I know this might be a really stupid question. But if I rename the zip file to update.zip can I flash this via the stock recovery or do I have to use Clockwork Mod Recovery?
I am currently completely stock and still S-on, I am really waiting on a working and usable ICS ROM before I S-off and flash Clockwork Mod Recovery or maybe another custom recovery image, I will make that decision when that time comes. Plus I do have a warranty still and I am trying to hold out as long as I can before voiding it.
Edit: Never mind I forgot about the security issue. You now CID checks and such as that. So I am going to say I can not do this, darn it

Sure, if you root to gain access to the system partition... If the stock sense launcher does not have that ability built in then it will need to be patched.
Try the app called "Desktop Visualizer."

Inside the Rosie.apk there's a file \res\drawable-hdpi\icon_menu_all_programs.png afaik you can replace this icon with the same dimension. of course you must be rooted to pull your Rosie.apk, replace and push it back.

Sharing few mods that i flash after installing CM10.
1. LatinIME.apk : This is primarily for friends with english as primary language. removed other language dictionaries.
2. Deskclock.apk: Good-old CM10 deskclock with better analog clock widget
3. myFavFont: This is my favorite font. God bless the guy/gal who made it. All the credit to creator. I just used the fonts.
4. Xperiakeybd: In case you have issues with swype this is good alternative from xperia world. Removed Chinese apk as i don't need it.

As per my information CM10 do not have settings to change fonts. Package here is cwm flashable and will actually replace default fonts. You need to reboot in cwm recovery and install it. Remember that it will replace your current fonts. So better you backup your current fonts.
