Uhm yeah it's looks almost the same but the one that's missing is the Friend's Music plus I can't seem to find the Now Playing mark. Plus the Track ID History, it's not appearing on my Walkman app even though I have the latest Track ID.

Turn on music unlimited in Walkman settings and all will appear.

I modified the deodexed Background Defocus app to make it installable on phones that aren't rooted.
Enjoy!
You might get an occasional UI bug but that's not fixable for now. App should still work fine and I've only encountered it once so far.

You need to focus on something pretty close to the cam. About 10cm to 20cm. Much more and it gets bad or doesn't work at all.

Sounds like you still have a part of the root-only version installed, no?
I never had any issues, don't have root.

Same install failed error while installing it like normal apk, any solution ?
Am on .290 4.3 firmware
[UPDATE] did a reboot cleared cache and then it worked.

The recently certified minor bug fix update 15.3.A.1.14 has been finally rolling out starting from Germany (as users from Germany reported it first)
The update is being rolled out for both C2104 and C2105 variant although only C2105 variant was certified for the update.

The same with mine yesterday. Still had that notification even AFTER updating via PCC. So I used my MIFI to download, error message, but firmware did install.
And Walkman did get an update as well.

I was/am on Dextrodroid ROM when I tried to update it via OTA.. Update was unsuccessful but somehow I got notification that an update is available for Walkman..

Not official 4.4 but Sony released 4.4 driver binaries a month ago which can be used to build AOSP 4.4 based roms

I do not recommend doing OTA update..
Download update via Sony Update Service and install it
Do backup of your data
Then do factory reset
You won't have that proximity sensor bug..

I use the .73 firmware and I can say that battery problem its fixed !!!!!
but I see a bug on .73 ...
on lockscreen the signal bar is white and all other Icon Is black

Flash ftf via flashtool DO NOT INCLUDE anything with simlock.ta in it and you'll be fine. Only real difference I noticed is there's 1gb more internal memory space than on 35 firmware. Screen time is pretty much the same and the WiFi bug is fixed.

No on a small incremental update like that you should be ok not wiping data. Customised ru is on the latest firmware version only one I know of the top of my head.
