* Hide StartMenu labels

* GridView Toggle
Switches between standard WM5/WM6 Gridview and classic WM2003 List-style presentation.
* Enable 320x240 video recording
Enable 320x240 video recording on the Motorola Q9H and and other models that do not have menu option for changing the video recording resolution.
* Disable USB Charging (Every time you plug in your Windows mobile device in to the laptop via USB cable it starts charging the device cousing a double power consumtion on your laptop. Allow your windows mobile phone to connect via USB without consuming power from your laptop.
* Prevent CAB-File Deletion
This will prevent the automatic deletion of CAB-files after activating them, allowing you to re-use them if necessary.
* Gridview Toggle - Cingular
Switches between standard WM5/WM6 Gridview and classic WM2003 List-style presentation. CINGULAR phones only.
* Set MMS-Size to MAX
The default MMS maximum send-size is 256Kb. This will increase the limit to 1Mb, so that you can send much larger MMS's. NOTE: You need to alter the MMS account settings in your phone to maximum, after activating this tweak.
* Camera Date Folder Fix
This saves each picture and video that you take, into a dated folder, which is created in your default picture/video save section.
* Show Reminders Once Only
By default, Reminders will keep alerting you for 2 minutes. This will change it to a one-time event. N.B. This tweak may not work correctly on all models.
* Force Ask Install Location
This allows you to specify whether to install a program in Main Storage or your Storage Card, regardless of the installer settings. NOTE: Many applications do not support being installed on the Storage Card and may therefore behave unpredictably.
* Ask Before Over-Writing
This will cause the phone to always ask permission to do so, before over-writing an already-existing installation.
* Realtime Memory De-Frag.
This tweak has the effect of freeing-up some memory in realtime.
* BIG SMS - Email Fonts
Finaly you can see clearly what you type! This will increase SMS and email editor font size.
* MMS/Video in 176x144
When sending MMS and capturing video, the phone always uses 3gp at 128x96 resolution. The tweak will change this to always using MP4 in 176x144 resolution.
* MMS/Video in 176x144 New

* Disable 3gp size limit SMP
This will Disable 3gp video size limit (HTC devices only).

This will Disable 3gp video size limit (HTC devices only).
* Disable menu animations
This will disable menu animations (sliding in/out) and speed up performance of the UI.
* Alarm and Clock direct link
This will make a Start menu shortcut with direct link to Alarm and

This will make a Start menu shortcut with direct link to Alarm.
* Bluetooth Beam direct link
Direct link to enable or dissable your phone to recive data beamed from other devices.
* Check Battery direct link

Telephony:
* Set CallHistory to MAX
The default CallHistory storage is limited to 100 records, this will increase the limit to 500.
* SMS-Sent Notification
This switches OFF the SMS-sent notification, normally displayed on-screen after sending each message.
* Disable Call-Initiate Sound
This silences the Call initiation beep sound heard on pressing the Green call-button.
* True SMS Delete
SMS Messages are not really deleted , phone makes a copy to Delete folder. This tweak will make it possible a true SMS delete, delete folder will remain empty. Great to keep your privacy if someone looks at your phone folders!
* Speed-Up Text/SMS Typing
When texting, this enables you to type repeat-character keys with a shorter delay needed between key-presses. It applies for SMS, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and all other software that have text editing.
* EDGE Icon Fix
This will allow the display of the Edge icon [E], instead of the screen always showing the GPRS icon [G].
* Hide SIM contacts
This will prevent the display in the Contact List, of all contacts which are stored on the SIM card.
* SMS Delivery Notification
This will enable permanent SMS-delivery notification... Dependent upon your operator network support.
* Unlimited MMS Recording
The default MMS Video Recording time is limited. This tweak will remove the limit. NOTE: Tested and working on Cingular and C500. It may or may not work on other models.
* Enable Roaming Indicator
This enables the Roaming Indicator Triangle that displays on the status bar when roaming. NOTE: This is an MPX220 specific tweak.
* Enable Twin SIM Switch
Some SIM cards allow for two phone numbers to be used on one card. This tweak will activate the line toggle. Press and Hold # to switch between Line 1 and Line 2.
* WiFi and Phone On
You will now be able to have wifi on while the phone is on. Some operaters dissabled this feature on purpose.
Sound:
* Menu-Select Sound
This will Silence the Menu-Select sound.
* Pop-Up Menu Sound
This will Silence the Pop-Up Menu sound.
* Store Ringtones on SD
This changes the location where the Smartphone will look for ringtones, to the Storage Card. Place the ringtones in 'Storage Card\My Documents' or in 'Storage Card'.
* Looping Alarm
This will force the alarm to play continuously, until you cancel it.
* Looping Ringtone
This will disable the 3 second delay interval whilst playing a ringtone.
* Kill Boot-Up Melody
This will remove the boot-up melody on Mpx220 and similar older phones that have this feature.
* Kill Keypress Sound
This tweak will mute the keypress sounds.
* Silence Camera Shutter old
This will silence the sound of the Camera Shutter. NOTE: Applies for older models.
* Change Ringtones direct link

[APP] My Uni for Independent University students

This started as a personal project for myself, born out of my need for better maps that just Google maps. I originally designed it to help me navigate a new university that I had started at. It grew into something much bigger and became something that I use to access all of my course content as well as take notes and share diagrams with. So, I thought it was selfish to keep it all to myself thus published to the market.
So no matter what university you go to on the planet, give it a try and leave some feed back to let me know how you got along and any opinions/feedback you may have.

I have updated the app with a find my location button and taken off the title bar for more screen real estate. It seems quite stable to me now and I would like to see if anyone can find a bug and/or break it. I would be really interested to her from you guys your thoughts about the good and bad things with the app.

New update includes customisable links to important web sites to access from inside the app. Just scan the QR in the OP to take it for a spin.

Just updated My Uni with more pages to save important study related links. As well, you can now use the app in landscape mode and access the location settings form the menu. Please scan the QR above to give it a try or search the market for My Uni. Your feedback would be appreciated.

You should have an option to set other schools than just the one. When launching app the OSM tab doesnt display, but the map and satellite tabs do.

Firstly thank you so much to egzthunder1 from xda for posting a review of the app!!
I was totally speechless for a while..
Secondly, the app is powered by OpenStreetMap (OSM) which will theoretically cover every University on the planet. The only chance that it won't cover your uni is if it has not been added to OSM.
OSM is has much more detail than Google Maps because anyone can edit and add to it at OpenStreetMap (click on the edit tab), and you can read about it here at Wikipedia.
If OSM is not appearing for you, your area is either not yet added to the map (you can do this yourself) or is being updated as OSM is updated for the duration of one hour each week.
You should have an option to set other schools than just the one.

This is a good idea and I think it can be done (like a remember this location button). It would be good to look over your uni at home especially if you study at 2 campuses of the same uni and/or have to travel a far way to get there. The initial idea of the app was to compliment academic studies while on campus. I mean, I thought it would only be turned on and used while at campus.
Finally I am open to feature requests and when I start University late February plan to form a team to handle feature expansion, UI improvements and optimising functionality. Thank you everyone for your feedback please keep it rolling in and remember to tell your Uni mates running android about the app.

The app is available in every country via Android Market.
If you can't see it in the Market on your device, I suggest you try an app called "Market enabler".

While I havent had a need for it yet, I did set a few alarms to try it out and I have to say, lots of pretty cool features yet super easy to use. I love it! By far the best alarm app I have used so far.
One little thing though, when selecting your alarm sound, a preview of the sound would be nice so I now what it sounds like instead of taking a guess on something. Certainly not a deal breaker at all.
I would be more then happy to pay for this app. Great job!

Excellent!

Love the app. It works really well. I have a suggestion and found a bug though.
Attached pic show that when I snooze the alarm, the 5 mins overlap Sun.
May be you should put in 0 in snooze in time and auto snooze in minutes as default so we can set up the alarm even quicker if we don't need snooze function at all?

While I havent had a need for it yet, I did set a few alarms to try it out and I have to say, lots of pretty cool features yet super easy to use. I love it! By far the best alarm app I have used so far.
One little thing though, when selecting your alarm sound, a preview of the sound would be nice so I now what it sounds like instead of taking a guess on something. Certainly not a deal breaker at all.
I would be more then happy to pay for this app. Great job!

May be you should put in 0 in snooze in time and auto snooze in minutes as default so we can set up the alarm even quicker if we don't need snooze function at all?

I completed this app in about 2 months

Great interface and usability!
Some suggestions to make it perfect imho:
Can't live without:
1-double tap to edit alarm
2-dismiss method (separate from snooze) so we can make it harder to turn off.
3-have an option for multiple snoozes and option to progressively reduce snooze time by x minutes
Extras:
4-option to define a phrase that would be spoken aloud after time (eg. You have a important meeting!)
5-read the agenda for scheduled items on the next hours would be fantastic!
Nice to have:
6-read the weather or some feeder would be a plus...

Thanks alot for pointing out these features. But my aim was to create a simple yet effective alarm without complex and unneeded options.
Options you mentioned are great. Option 1 is quite interesting other options will make applications more complex and dont really need to be added. but will surely add some features

Just an idea for the on the google play store. Add a change log (Whats New) so users know what the new changes are. I seen I had 2 updates but didnt know why and im one to want to know what is in an update before I just download something. Of course I did anyways. lol
