[HELP] Internal Storage too slow.! - Motorola Atrix 2

Yesterday I downloaded a game which has only one .obb file of 1.3GB. As my internal memory was full, I tried to transfer a game from my Internal Memory to the PC via Media Device Interface as well as tried solid explorer to move the game to external SD card.
The game is just 500MB but has almost 7,000 files. As expected it was taking hell lot of time either way (many many hours). After some tries I just decided to delete it, and guess what, It takes even more time in deletion!
Now I'm stuck with full Internal Memory because of a game!
Is there any way I can mount the Internal Memory like normal USB storage?
(Please update all the games to use .obb file :banghead: )

MicroSD card confusion

UplI have my TF700(which I nicknamed The Beast), for a few days and I need help with understanding setting up my 32 GB MicroSD card.
A few days after getting my TF700, my ordered SanDisk 32GB card came in the nail.
I did not reformat it, as it seemed to work fine.
Now comes my confusion.
With the new card inside, I did the USB connection thing to my Windows computer.
It immediately said loading drivers and in Computer, I. saw two new drives listed.
One the internal storage, the other the MicroSD card.
I created a couple of folders and copied over the contents of two CD worth of songs, all in Ogg audio format to the card. No problems.
I opened up Poweramp on my TF700, had it scan for music and it found my Ogg audio files.
Poweramp works great and plays everything. store my music in only Flac and Ogg formats.
Plugged in my headphones and the music sounded incredible.
Now the weird stuff.
I wanted to move some data files over to my card. Plan to have the volatile data files on the card and the more static apps on the internal storage.
I opened File Expert on my TF700 and it was bizarre. I see these folders showing that are shown as being on my external card, but in reality, they are not.
There is a mnt folder and inside that is the SDCARD folder.
Then when I go back in File Expert and select the Internal storage, I see a folder called removable and sub folder of that called MicroSD. I opened it and there are where my real MicroSD files are.
What the heck happened?
No problems redoing things, but I don't understand. Did I need to reformat my card inside the TF700?.
Thanks in advance.
Jon
That's just the way asus tablets handle external storage (it could be the same with other tablets but I only had a prime and this). You're fine. You could use asus's stock file manager app to get to your microsd card easier.
I don't use File Explorer, but ES File Explorer, but I don't think it makes a difference, but might.
Anyway, on the TF700T when using a file explorer the internal storage is SD card. The microSDHC is actually underable "removable" storage. You'll see both listed when you hit the root directory. It took me a few minutes to figure it out.

Moving GTA III to SD card.

Hi all,
I have GTA 3 installed on my phone and it works fine from the internal memory, it occupies 1.2GB of space, this game supports moving to SD and I moved it to my External 32GB card. Now the game occupies 1.2GB on the SD card and funnily it also occupies 1.2GB of internal space.
Can anyone tell me what is happening here and if there is any fix.
Thanks
if your phone supports apps and data on sd card then delete 1.2 gb file from internal and if your phone doesnt support apps and data on sd card then delete data from sd card

adopable storage problem

hey guys ive got my shield running really nicely but i have filled my sd card up with games and ive only used 4 gb of internal storage but i cant side load any more games because it says the storage is full, is there a way i can use the internal storage as there is plenty of space there

available space on 32gb version?

Is 32gb enough storage with whatever available space there's? I play one game but download quite a few apps. Pics I save on Google photos. Let me know how you all are making out with storage.
There is expandable storage with a microsd card, up to 128 gigs. Plenty of deals at this time for less than $30.
I don't remember exactly, but I think there's like 18-20GB of free space plus whatever you add via SD card? I've got ~15GB free and 30GB free on a 64GB SD card, so I'm doing fine for space.
It comes with a few preinstalled apps that are able to be deleted. I had around 21gb available after deleting the preinstalled and installing the apps I used. Roughly 20gb available.
I heard a micro SD can slow down the device? Is this true?
SD cards have slower read and write speeds than onboard device storage so they're better suited for to be used like a SSD+HDD is in a gaming PC. SSD for applications, games and stuff that needs to be fast HDD for mass storage of movies, music, some games, and whatever else.

Choose location of private folder (Internal/SDcard)

Hello,
First of, I have been using MX Player Pro on all my phones since since release. I love the gesture controls, and am annoyed whenever an app forces me to use their inferior built-in video player
I was happy for the built in private folder, removing the need for an extra 3rd party locker app.
However the current implementation of the private folder seems to store all of the data in the internal storage. This is inconvenient, as I am using a Motorola g8 power with a very limited internal 64 GB memory, with an external SD card of 256 GB.
While in theory android allows for using the SD card as internal storage, this option is disabled on most phones because it can make the phone slower.
Similarily, my phone did not allow me to move the data of the app to the SDcard. (Not 100% sure, it might be that this just didn't increase the leftover space in the internal storage).
I would love to have a setting in the menu to store the data of the private on the SD card.
I totally second that. MxPlayer saves in root of Internal Memory in \MxPlayerPro\.private
Since all are videos, encrypted, they will take a lot of space, quickly filling the internal memory.
I have a Note 20 Ultra with 128gb, and my private folder is 60Gb of it
I tried just moving the folder to the SDCard in case that MX player would read it from there, but didnt work.
