Go into bootloader and select recovery.
Twrp should load up and you can mount usb storage. Then move the rom you want to install to your phone from your pc.
Install Rom
Should be good to go from there.

I flashed kernel from Android Best Sense Stock and it works. Anyway, thanks for your reply

[q] windows 8.1 htc sensation xe assistance.

Dear XDA members,
I was using the revelation ROM Jelly bean 4.1 when I decided to backup my ROM using rom manager. This led the rom to somehow being corrupted. Thus I wiped the ROM and installed Sultans Kitkat ROM. My device S-ON but has an unlocked bootloader. So i formatted and flashed the new rom but when i connected it to my computer to fastboot flash boot the boot.img my device was not being recognized.
This is because my Laptop was upgraded from win 7 to 8.1 via a full clean installation thus deleting my fastboot adb drivers and the sensation drivers.
I have managed to install the adb drivers but whenever i connect the sensation it is not being recognised. Can someone please assist me as the device can't boot without flashing the boot.img.
Thanks!!

Hi,
I had this issue as well. I resolved it by installing this fix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2917929 . Try that, reboot and see if it works. If not, report back here. Also, try using USB 2.0 instead of 3.0.
Apparently the said update is already installed on my computer. I have tried both USB 2.0 and 3.0

Yes, you will.
No, it cant do nothing by itself, its just the correct ADB module for a XT925 device...and it pretty much answer your next question.

Just use this fastboot to install any custom recovery you prefer. Dont let your cell phone reboot into the OS or the custom recovery you installed will be replaced by the stock one!

Last time i tried to flash a new rom to my phone. I dowloaded HTC One S All-In-One and i tried to do this by this aplication. I've unlocked the bootloader and rooted my device. Also i have flashed CWM recovery. Then i tried to flsh a rom, so i have launched recovery and started to do it. Pls help me with this trouble. Sry for my bad english
When S-On you need to flash kernel separately or you will get a bootloop. Just flash boot.img with adb.

Hi, how did you flash your new rom ? Using your computer with adb tools ?
Then try to flash first the rom.zip (after a full wipe if coming from another rom), then flash boot.img (you must do that if your phone is s-on, you have to unzip rom.zip to you computer to find boot.img, place it in the same directory as rom.zip), after that it should boot.
