[MOD][i9001][KQB UPDATE][Smooth Scroll Mod][DEODEXED ROM ONLY]

This mod is originally by AndroidON (thread here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1411317) so credit to him for making this known. And please read the thread before implying this to your phone.
I've made 2 files for KQB ROM. One is for stock deodexed KQB, and another one is compatible with nail16's swipe to remove notification mod. Don't forget to mount system before flashing.
This mod will disable 'ScrollingCache' in OS. It will improve scrolling in applications where some apps are found to stutter when scrolling.
NOTE: Make a backup copy of framework.jar in case if you want to revert back to original. And backup your rom in case of bootloop

Instructions: Extract the zip file in scdard, copy over to system/framework. Check permission to rw-r--r-- and reboot. Bootup may take quite awhile, seems like a bootloop and blackscreen may occur. Just wait till you can feel the haptic vibro.
UPDATE: THIS IS FOR XXKQ1 DEODEXED ROM. Mount system before flashing.

Please try this file. Have made it two or three days ago, you can flash it simply via Recovery. Don't know if there is a real difference but it won't damage anything. If it does, I'm not responsible for anything happened to your phone.
Edit: New file, removed volume-tweak 'cause buggy...

It disables 'scrollingcache' and smooth apps that stutter/lag when scrolling. As for the screenlock lag, try setting your onscreen/offscreen governors. Or you can try softlocker from market.

Maybe the framework.jar is different as this one's based on BroodROM. Try ravox's file above maybe it helps.

There's a bug with the media volume. If you rise it from zero to middle it stops there and then it rises again. Will upload a new file without volume-mod.

not really much actually, but that's the same for all tweaks, they all make a small difference but all together they make a great difference

so seems at least not to brick anything... i think it really has a small effect but it also could be just a placebo...

[MOD][XXLSC] 4Way-Reboot, Disabled lockscreen auto-rotation

Files were packed as CWM FLASHABLE! so please don't ask it is FLASHABLE!
As usual, flash at you own risk!!! Nandroid backup is highly recommended. These were tested on odexed and deodexed roms, those I built myself from dump, but they might not work on your devices. If you device stucks at Galaxy Note GT-N7000 logo after flashing, get back to CWM, wipe cache & davik-cache then reboot, all will be fine.
Currently, only flash if you are on deodexed roms, for odexed roms hope I could do some fix

Checked on Eric-Mod rom and it stucked hope can do some fix, as currently the rom could not boot with my odex file

added mod to disable lock screen auto-rotation [even when you disabled auto-rotation in Settings] in OP

gonna give it a shot!

mostly yeah, only if you have any other special mods in those files before you flash, you just lose the special mods

Thanks nanomet but I thought that the stock roms are odexed and not deodexed. Am I wrong?
Deodexed roms like custom roms already have this extended menu...

these are currently for deodexed roms, if custom rom has then you do not need my friend
I did for my own use at the time not yet did by devs for LSC, and just share if others need

if that happens to you then returns with mobile odin to 2.3.6 and then flash the stock ROM and your logo is back

How I wish this exists by the time I just flashed my stock ROM.
Now my system is stabilised (not entirely) with all necessary apps. Will flashing this now cause any issue to current stock app (in use) and installed app?

I gave it a whirl just now but it seems to interfere with Link2SD because the mounting doesn't happen in the right order any longer so I am just gonna go back to the odexed Stock. Thanks though!
PS: Just saw that you can move apps to SD via the build in App Manager if the developer includes the option. I guess Link2SD is not quite as necessary now.

[MOD] ALL APPS in multiwindow

HI, here is the mod to have all apps in multiwindow bar!
Based on N9005 with Omega v.1 and working good. Need testing for other versions...
Just replace Service.jar in /system/framework and FlashbarService.apk in /system/app. Save the original ones just in case!
Reboot and enjoy!
Note: there is a little bug when adding some apps it's another that be added in bar but not a big problem.

I can't make it work. On my stock firmware. I try to replace both of the files. But the multi window option not appear. And also it make my pen-window broken. I can't create any pen window anymore.

Yes you need to be deodexed...

Works perfect. And it also allows you to use xposed settings so you can change the dpi of apps and ui. Great find. Stock rooted no deodex and enjoying all the perks.

You have to delete .odex file manually

Install with philz in it doesn't work. It appear that all files won't be flashed (in fact I didn't see any secgallery2014 in priv-app).

I always replace the files in the manual ..

I did not changed anything from the first post / FIles ! all i did is made a Flashable.zip , Try to push the file manually and if you have any issue Ask the OP
Tested for Gt-I9505 Deodexed rom , Try this one S5Gallery.zip Flash it Via recovery .then reboot.
Added script:
Removed old Gallery Application
Automatic Wiping Cache/Dalvik
Fixes
If your using Arsaw's Modded Launcher ,You can now Set the Wallpaper using Lockscreen and Homescreen and Such ( MoreImages )
