Is there a way to keep contacts and telephone app always on RAM?
Because for example, I spend time using another apps, and when needing to make a call or look for a contact, it takes 4-8 seconds to open.

SOCIAL HUB is crap !
I mainly use social hub because it allows you to zoom in/out in email, that what gmail app doesn't.
BUT:
-it tells me 1 msg unread on the home screen, i can't find it.
-when i start an update, the two arrows will never stop to spin, even after 30mn
-it's laggy
-doesn't display entire msg even when "all" activated in email download size parameters.
well, I 'm bored of this HUB, I'm looking for a serious app for emails. any suggestion ?

Freeze system apps and delete the apps available from market
After installing google voice and skype, when i try to make a phone call tonight it only gives me the option to use either of those two apps. No more option to just call out using the default service with my regular phone #... i have gone into manage applications and made sure neither google voice or skype is checked for default dialer...suggestions?

seems like restaurants I have saved in People are all doubled.
I tried to delete the doubles, People/Menu/Manage/de-duplicate.
It did delete a great many, but many restaurants are still duplicated; and the entries are exactly the same, near as I can tell.
Ideas?
I think you can go onto Gmail/ contacts and remove duplicates or type it in google and you'll get your answer.

Try a program called wondershare Mobile go . It will merge your duplicate contacts.

I should have been clearer. It's only affects contacts on phone. Gmail web mail contacts are all good no duplicates.

Wondershare mobilego is a free app you install it on your PC. It doesn't matter where the contacts are it will merge them. Even if they're on Google or your phone.

within People on the phone, one can select Menu/Manage Contacts/De-duplicate and more or less get the job done.
But the odd thing was is that there were dupes on the phone, but not on the google webmail/contacts tab. Nor OSX Address Book.
Does anyone know of a good video messaging app? I want to be able to record a 30 second video and send it to people on a friend list. I don't want a video chat where I have to have the other person online to answer the call.
Any and all suggestions would be great.

Try using go chat and go sms they have a great function for recording messages highly compressed, sent over data rather than mms. Alternatively, record it using your phone camera and send as email, or via upload to a data storage site. Bitcasa, Google Drive, Rapidshare, Dropbox etc

If you've tried both of those you've tried the two options I know of and basically the only options. There are applications similar to Go chat and go SMS but, it boils down to the same thing
