Battery status

Hey guys I just got HTC sensations motherboard replacement with Android 2.3.4 .and I facing some problems
1st is battery status only shows display uses , cell standby , phone ideal and voice call. And not rest app I use
2nd is back button and menu automatically pressed like when I surfing on opera automatically option menu appears.
3rd is sometime SD card gets unmount aromatic
What I do now?
Help please

Mate, my suggestion, if you are experiencing hardware problems (Buttons etc) would be to talk to HTC about it.

Thanks for reply.
My phone is under warranty
And afraid to give my mobile to HTC because if HTC update it to ics its hard to get s off and root.
But what about incomplete or wrong battery status??
Its hardware or software problem?
How to fix it?

Yes it's harder to gain S-OFF and Root with 1.2x, but it's not impossible. I wouldn't let that bother you.
I'm sorry, it's been that long since I've been on Sense, that I can't remember what's supposed to be displayed there in the battery status. I don't think mine displayed apps like your questioning. But like I said, I simply can't remember sorry.
Hopefully someone using Sense will post to help you with that.
Do you have button problems when using the stock browser?
Do you have another SD card to test for awhile? The unmount/mount issue could be the card itself. If not, maybe back it up to a PC and format the card (in the phone) and see if that helps?

Just formatted SD card let c what will happen.
And yes back nd option button gets press automatically not only browser but also in gallery or any other apps ,including stock HTC app like browser , friend stream etc

Auto-touch issues with my device

Hello guys ..I m going through auto touches many a time..
Firstly I used to think that I m the only one who is going with this problem .But,in recent time many of my friends using Explorer had reported me the same ..
What it actually happen..
The screen gets tabbed automatically.Although,you won't touch any where ..
Examples:The screen gets zoom in/zoom out when your on browsering something
If u are on fb app,it likes the automatically without you hitting the like button
& many other time
& if u wanna get to it normal ,just press the power button on/off
It becomes normal
If u feel its a Rom bug,then it happened with almost all Rom based on gb/cm9/cm9.1
No help from service center guys too..
Can anyone please help me out

Maybe some kind of a virus, or app? Try with factory reset and format memory card(whole card) or take it out for a day or two, while testing.

Happens to me.. I m nw using sense ROM/ cm10.. NT happened to me quickly.. only happens when connected to PC..
In GB based ROM dis problem comes in max .. so try to update ROM..

Puff ok, my first assumption with app/virus, now does'nt look good. Can somebody extrakt some kind of a logcat, maybe it'll show something .

S Ur right.. Hai guys post the log cat when Ur facing that problem in Ur phone. Lot of persons are here for helping with that issue.. i never faced this issue in my phone last six month in the stock rom. i always connected my phone with computer for application development and debug.I never faced this kind of issue..

That happened to me on another phone while charging. Not happened on pico uptil now.

this generally happens to my pico also when its on charge directly through the electricity board. but when i charge it on usb through my laptop, it never happens.

Asalam-o-Aliukum , Guys i m having same issue while charging or not charing since in bought htc explorer it auto touches random buttons and opens random application i have installed jaggyrom4.1 but the issue continued i have installed advance apps killer but no benefit recently i have installed htc deroid sense 5 but the problem continues a lil less but n the problem finishes on press power on/off button dan after sometime again start if anyone knows the solution kindly help me will be grateful to u

Have you ever dropped a drop of water on g-sensor of your phone, or use it while taking bath etc.. maybe it is causing auto touch..

happened with me twice..the "search" softkey automatically responds without even touch.....restarting phone solved it...

I had this issue too .... (Changed my Pico) .. it was happening only while charging or when the mobile data was on. I had searched a lot... It's not only Pico. Other HTC phones have this issue too. It's device specific.. no ROM change gonna help.. happened to me on stock.. thought root and change ROM will help solve it.. rooted, changed so many ROMs. I found no solution except lock/unlock the phone.. one day got a good deal and sold my Pico.. bought another one.. this one has updated radio (1.80.18.80) and hboot version (1.07.0000).. this one doesn't have this problem.. using from about a month and half.. nothing like that happened and not gonna happen.. (I'm sure)..
I'll suggest changing Your charger's adopter ...
Update radio and hboot too if you can.. I've the RUU for 1.07 hboot and 1.80.18.80 radio.. (someone had posted it on facebook.. forgot the link and can't upload on mobile network, so please don't ask for.. just search.. was on google docs)...

It happens to me sometimes when i charge my Pico via USB. I'm using CM9.1, i don't face anything like this.

Asalam-o-ALiukum , Bro i have changed 5 to 6 ROMS already in some Kernels problem increase in some decrease i went to shop few days back its hardware problem touch pad is short so when it vl be replaced the issue vl be solved INSHA ALLAH according to many people in market ..n it cost around 1600 to 2000 Rs pkr

[Q] After JB update trace keyboard is slow

Hey everyone ..
I just got my One S updated a week ago .. Its nice to get something new, but i must admit i really dont notice any difference in the smoothness of the software as "Project Butter" was supposed to show.. But that could be due to the fact that my device ran 100% smooth before the update..
But back to the topic .. After the update i noticed that the keyboard is looking and behaving differently.. I use the QWERTY keyboard along with the trace/swype thing.. But after the update after i have swyped a word it pauses a second before the word appears.. This was not present before the update, were it was faster..
Anyone else experiencing this ? Or maybe even have a fix ?

[Q] Phone Switching off Frequently !!

Hi Guys ,
I have a strange problem with my phone.
It switches off frequently when i am using it and i dont know why...this is happening for the past one week. Before that i have installed 'Real Racing 3' which heated up my battery to the core and now it got bulged and i suspect the battery bulge is the problem which causes frequent shut downs..
Also , i noted that i cant easily close the back cover if i removed it because the size of the battery has grown ..
Please suggest me some permanent solution for this..Should i replace the battery ? or may be some other problem ?
I am in ICS Indian Stock ROM..

If d battery has bulged, den its definitely a problem with d battery..change it asap before something else happens..

Bettery draining A lot.. help

Hello XDA.
I am ROM cheif of HTC AMAZE device.
I just got a Explorer of my friend..
And the phone has too much bettery draining.
It suddenly drops to 90-70-50-30 and switched off.
According to my knowledge it may be bettery problem..but I have changed it and put a brand new bettery but problem remained same.
then I tried to factory reset so I can be sure that it's not a software issue but still the problem is same.
Anyone here can Help me out ? Or can suggest anything that causing it ?

If you have tried changing the battery then its definately a problem of an I.C on Pico ! It may have been damaged !
I've faced this problem before too!
Just check out the phone from HTC Self Care or whatever self care centre is!
