MIUI V5 always queue file while downloading if its size is larger than 20 MB !!
It says "waiting for wifi connection".
I dont have wifi connection ,any way we can download file having size larger than the limit
It has a system, where large files are only downloaded over wifi.. There's an option to disable this, although i dont remember the exact location..

If your problem is just adding a google account, you can do it in the settings.. Under the "full settings" tab, you can find the option.. The play store thing could be a missing apk or something.. Did you flash gApps after the ROM?

No I didn't flashed gapps as miui already includes gapps!!!
There is option to add account in setting but it doesn't show google account!!
Play store works!! I know coz , It was working earlier dis morning b4 I reflashed the rom
I replace the sys/app/DownloadProviderUi.apk with the one I attached and its give me selection to choose file size as big as 1GB....

The setting by which you change that behavior is inside download manager app's menu. (It was in security center for me)

Clean and stable...
But now am having continues problem with the market...
It shows couldn't download the app because of error 491...
I tried many like uninstalling the update and manually installing the 4.3.10 market... But it doesn't solve the problems...

I suggest you go to settings - accounts and delete the Google account. Do a reboot and add the account back in. It won't harm the phone and could correct the problem.
After solving this problem, rename the Thread name to "Solved - Error 491 Google Play store".

done...but fortunately my playstore worked again..i didnt had to delete and reboot...
but i will definitely try this if this happens again.....

You may try this:
1. Boot to recovery (I use CWM)
2. Wipe cache
3. Reboot
Solved the problem in my Little Chilli LA-M1.

Yah.. Actually I found out that clean master cleans the google play store cache and Google play services cache... If you un check these two before cleaning the system files.. Your problem will be solved...

First enable the sd ext partition from settings extra.. The last option tick it..
If already ticked then dont anything..
Install play services manually..
You will find in the gapps zip in system-> private-app= PrebuiltGMS like this or something extract it then install as normal apk..

It happened cz the system partition was due to which play services were not installed.
via xda premium app
So i've fixed it by downloading the apk from internet and install it. Now it's working.

Find Italian font in xda I think u will get one.. in play store find Google Italian keyboard.. after install press the spacebar button for 2-3 sec you will get a option..

Note! Root Required!!
Go to settings- apps - playstore and Clear Data and cache
Now using any root file explorer (Esxplorer recommended) open etc folder located in root folder... locate host file - open with text editor..
it should look like below
123.0.0.1 local host
12 ip6-local host
# 123.123.12.123 android.clients.google.com
Now just add # infront of the second ip address which is 123.123.12.123 as shown above
save the file restart the phone and it will work..

All apps or specific apps? what message you get , Maybe is CSC related some apps are not available on all countries , maybe there are CSC restrictions, Google store controls what you can or cant download by the CSC , what CSC you have now ..what CSC you had before

about adblocker i think i deleted it i also cant open ad sites for some reason.
tell me is there another way to remove it cuz i dont see it on my device.

The program they use is adaway , see if is still under applications and delete it or disable it on the application itself
Try a different CSC
Flash no wipe rom again.....just in case something went wrong

The problem is , can someone port a twrp recovery to the yotaphone Y3.

Can you write a tutorial of how to setup a fresh device after factory reset with working Play Store and somehow preventing it from stopping and getting Google account errors and sync problems?

After you successfully install play store in your phone, you could see '咪咕阅读' popped up in your update list. DON'T UPDATE THIS APP EVER.
I suppose this app should be implemented in system level with wrong configuration. Even you didn't install it before, it would be in your installation list.
Stop auto-update first and never install this app. I figure this out after 6 times factory resetting.

It looks like ill have to factory reset again and uninstall that app, but then which app is responsible for making the phone not being able to install any app?
咪咕阅读 it's this app. Even though you delete it, it will pop up in your update list in Google play store again. So disable auto update first and don't update this app ever.

there is no add accounts button in google play

Me neither, all work good except google syc contact.
I was doing a video-tutorial but actually don´t work this "GoGoogle_Installer.apk" but I don´t know why...
Is there any other option to instal GAPPS in Chinese firmware? I can´t install now...

Choose android pie
And choose pico version
Download the zip file and flash it using Twrp
