ST21i2 Tipo Dual Rooting and Custom ROM - Sony Xperia Miro, Tipo (Dual), J, E

Can anyone help me with how to root the dual sim version of Xperia Tipo(ST21i2) and any custom ROM which has dual SIM working on it ??

i have tipo dual fresh A 6.5 fw , unrooted and stock recovery
i need cwm recovery to flash it?
after i flash my tipo dual is rooted and init d support right?

Need System UI,Settings,Tools widget,Messaging and Phone apk from Tipo Or E (dual SIM versions)
It will help to Cook Rom for my device.

Note : There is no Messaging.apk in SXE dual only Conversations.apk

my phone has a locked boatloader
I have tried framaroot, srs root (both the methods) , kingroot, and the chinese ishuasuroot. I have all the adb drivers installed.
