4g/lte doesnt matter, im sure they put that text in there, its not reported by the network as far as i know.

Apparently it's normal.. I had to put the stock rom back just because the Internet never worked.. Look at the codes... Check for the MNC... Does it says 11or 110??

No 4G

I have rooted and flashed Beans B10, since flashing I have no 4G. I did a clean install and have also reflashed and still no 4G. Anyone else have an experience on getting 4G back?
Flash a different modem. Which one do you have installed currently?

Does your 3g work just not LTE? Are you flashing the rpm as well? I had an issue once when I flashed just the modem and that entire day I couldn't connect to LTE but 3g connected fine. When I took the time to flash the rpm my LTE returned. So I flash both every time now.

Re-flashed the ROM and used that Modem. Not in a 4G area so we will see what happens.
Cool, post back with your results

Try installing the Phone Info app from the Play store I did and it lets you force toggle the correct 4G/LTE settings for your provider. Not sure which one you'll need, but I've used that app to sort mine out when it acted up. Also did the modem and rpm updates, but phone info got me better results.

The last thing I can suggest is that you Odin flash either a VRALF2 or VRALG1 rom then reprovision your sim card. This formats your internal storage:
*2767*3855#
if you do that and still no LTE, I'd definitely do the following suggestion:

Have you verified what network you're on? Settings - more settings - mobile networks - network mode.
It should be set on CDMA /LTE. I've had flashes before changed that to global or gsm....

I was at Walmart today in their cell phone area and looked at a S3 that was on Verizon. I checked the mobile networks and it shows Global. Called a co-worker who has once and he too was on global and getting 4G. I Odin back and tried the*2767*3855# and got a recording that my call couldn't be connected. Any other ideas?

I don't think that's true. I've used my phone in Europe and got 3g. I would think you'd be able to get 3g in Indonesia also. But I don't know. Check with your carrier to see if it's possible.

i727 fully supports all frequencies you have in Indonesia (which is 2100 MHz band).
If you don't have 3G - means you don't have correct APNs set, or you're limited by your cellular carrier. The phone is fine. No need to flash anything, it supports 2100 MHz band by default, in all its variants.

I tried 9210 rom in i727. Not bricked, but not working either. The first time restart it would boot directly into recovery mode with an error about not able to mount /system. The second flash it would stay on Galaxy S2 LTE I9210 screen. Then flash back to i727 rom and did firmware update for touch keys then it works normal again...

You're very lucky. Porting is different then flashing. You should do some more research before flashing anything.

Tested yesterday to factory reset the phone with a new blanc installation of 2013/10/04.
Got no signal, the shown provider was verizon instead of vodafone. Dont if there were any changes in support of german/europe frequences?
Was gone back on my backed up version from 2013/09/01. This has higher batterycdrain and lower performance, but all is working.
Ideas anyone?

I have a S3 (sch-i535) running stock Android 4.3 Jelly Bean but I'm only able to pick up EDGE on my network (Digicel in Jamaica).
I would like to know if rooting it and installing a custom rom allow me to pick up other gsm bands and allow the phone to pick up H+ or 4G?
