Problem With Flashmode & Cwm

Hi so yesterday I tryed to install the android Rom stock 4.0.4 For my xperia j but I cant enter to flashmode I unplug the cable & turned of the phone but when I holding the VOL - and connect the phone to the pc the led is changed to green and only vibtate but flashtool dont detect the phone and with cwm I cant enter to them I installed the cwm with the pc with a .bat file but I not installed a kernel
And nothing only the cwm but when I try to go to cwm and I press the vol - constantly in the sony logo the phone is turning off no go to cwm can anyone help me?.
NOTE:
Phone is rooted
The bootloader of my phone cant be unlocked because the text with allowed bla bla bla says: No
And the vol - button working perfectly

[Q] Sony xperia SP keeps rebooting itself

Okay so I wanted to downgrade my sony from CM11 to 4.3, because I didn't like it so much. I download the stock file for the sony xperia sp. Then I entered recovery mode (CWM) and flashed the zip. Without reset,wipe etc, now my phone keeps rebooting itself and I cant get into CWM anymore and I can't enter fastboot. My phone now just keeps turning itself on and off. The time is only a few seconds, please somebody help me

[Q] Sony Xperia L Black Screen Problem After Flashing recovery.img

Hello I own Sony Xperia L and it's rooted.
For the last few days I wanted to add lollipop custom ROM to my device but it asked for some recovery or cwm something but I could not find Xperia L's recovery so I downloaded some other's phone recovery after that I downloaded an app for my mobile it's ROM Manager PRO and I flashed the recovery.img file and tried to reboot it and there! my problem starts! now my phone won't turn on when I try to press power key it just vibrates no sign of SONY's logo or anything just black screen and vibration every time I try to on it I tried connecting USB to make it work but no It does not I also tried going to boot mode but that too does not work, so what should I do now?

bootloop on by sony xperia t2 ultra dual pl help to it

i have sony xperia t2 ultra dual i have flashed a pac man rom and gapps using twrp recovery
and after flashing when i clicked 'reboot system now " by device switched off and didnt started ,when i manually pressed and hold powerbutton nothing happend but when i pressed power + volume down button ,it vibrated and sony logo appeard but device again switched off and so on also i hve taken backup but i cant enter recovery cause it not indication green led and even when i tried to enter into recovery i didnt enterd in recovery when i conect it to charging red light blinks contiuesouly
then i tried flashtool when i conncted it to pc it shows that device conneted in flashmode and when i try to flash 5.1 ftf it shows preparing files or flashing and then it shows device dissconected and so on i think so this happened cause i have flashed wrong g apps but i m sured that rom was correct coz i downloaded it from link in xda thread but the link of g app wasnt working so i downloaded it from other resources
before also i encountered bootloop coz of custom rom but i fixed it because i was able to enter in recovery but this time i m not able to do so

[Need Help][C2305] stuck on Sony logo

i installed TWRP recovery and flashed the "Increase Apps Space Storage" to fix the storage issue
it worked fine for a few weeks
i woke up yesterday to nothing on the screen
i restarted the phone and sony logo was on loop
i still can enter the TWRP recovery menu
i tried to flash a few roms but the phone wont flash them
i tried to flash a stock rom also didnt work
please help.

I tried to flash using flashtool too , didnt work

???
I've tried both xperia companion and flashtool

Did i use the right place to post this?
