Hello, i want to know if it's possible to change the bootlogo on the booting screen of my cellphone, its a galaxy ace 2 i8160L but like two months before, i installed a jelly bean rom from portugal not knowing that the rom was only for the i8160(international version) and everything screwed up, I reverted to gingerbread by installing a rom from rusia and then installed the rom from my country(Panama) (In the bootscreen says Galaxy Ace i8160 but my cellphone is the i8160L) help me please

I just Bought a Galaxy ACE DUOS GT S 6802.Earlier I was using Galaxy Y GT S5360 which I have rooted & Installed so many custom roms in it. Now, I need help for the ACE Duos GT 6802. I want to root it and flash Custom roms for it. But I am surprised to search entire XDA-Forums that There are very few pages for GT S6802. Custom Roms are not available in compare to Galaxy Y my earlier phone. Even I could not find my instrument on the choose your instrument tab. Please help me regarding this. Here I am talking about Indian version of the phone.

that looks like visual effects on stock rom. i was looking for a rom that fix problems like batery life, restart option on power buton, less lag, increased speed boot and sd speed, etc. i had that on sgs2 but i lost the phone

I go to your post & have downloaded all the files. But there is no tutorial how to do it. I have my Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos GT S 6802 rooted.
Earlier I have hard briked the phone & have replaced the piece from Samsung Care So, this time I want to cautious to do anything with it. Can you provide step by step guide and link for the custom rom. Your post contain the stock firmware package. One more thing the ODIN v1.85.exe file is not working.

ive just bought newly samsung grand and already running ver 4.2.2 GT19082, i just want to root it,can someone help me, it says that this tut http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2196558&page=326 willwork only the 4.2.2 leak version i really dont understand what is the diffirence about it, so what would i do first, thanks

There is no official jb update for s7562 at present, if you want you can try cm 11 which has been recently ported to ace 2x(same as s7562, only difference is that it is a single sim). Try it only if you want to taste kit kat on our device and not as permanent rom as it is buggy and the sim card slots don't work on s7562.
Hi, hope I´m posting at the right forum Q&A , I have two Samsung 10.1 Galaxy tabs and two Samsung Galaxy phones, I am also 61 years old and my memory capabilities are degrading, it could be an Alzheimer start or maybe just getting older and forgetting some things such as which of my phones and tablets did I flashed with a custom ROM , I look at my Pc and see the Philz touch file and some other rooting and ROM files, the problem i I can´t remember what I did, all four devices are working fine, also they are rooted but I am quite sure I flashed maybe otwo of them but cant remember which one and what ROM I flashed.
Is there a way to know this, just for my mental tranquility.
