I'm with temasek's UNOFFICIAL CM10.2 BUILD on Galaxy S3.
any way to remove the notification bar on the lockscreen?
I try to find an addon to Xposed, xblast or whatever, but I have not found...?

Is there a way to change the order of the indicator icons in the notifications panel? I'm in stock rom.

I think stock do not offer this ability, you need a mod as jkay for s2 to be able to do so ( do not try this in your tab)
You could do it now if you have a custom rom as aokp or cm
I recommend cm10 as aoko not mature yet
Download from www.teamhacksung.org
Then do a nandroid backup and flash cm, if you do not like it restore backup
